a message to all the maladaptive dreamers out there who say the law “doesn’t work” because they’ve “felt it real” for years but never saw results:
you weren’t living in the end, you were fantasizing about the end. there’s a difference. daydreaming, dissociating, and creating elaborate mental movies won’t change your reality unless you identify as the version of you who already has it. the law isn’t activated by desperation or escapism. it’s activated by conviction, embodiment, and self-concept.
you can spend hours feeling it in a dream, but if you wake up and still believe you’re not that person, you’re reaffirming lack. fantasizing is not assuming. pretending is not becoming.
and that’s the real core of it, it will always come back to identity. if you keep calling yourself a “maladaptive dreamer,” someone who escapes into fantasy to cope with a reality you don’t like, you’re reaffirming the exact version of you that doesn’t have what you want. it’s not just a habit, it’s a self-concept. and as long as you stay attached to that identity, you’re choosing to live in a faraway lalaland where the desire always feels close… but never quite yours.
you didn’t “do it wrong,” you just weren’t doing the law. the law of assumption is not maladaptive dreaming. maladaptive dreaming is a legitimate condition, a compulsive, often isolating cycle that has deeply affected so many people’s lives. and i say this with so much love, because i’ve been there too. i know what it’s like to get lost in your mind for hours, to feel safer in a fantasy than in your own body, to cling to imagined realities because the present felt unbearable. but you have to stop. no one is going to save you. you are the only one who can decide to come home to yourself.
the law asks you to assume the identity of the version of you who has it. maladaptive dreaming keeps you stuck in the identity of someone who’s always trying to get there. it’s not about cutting off your imagination, it’s about using it consciously, with discipline, with intention, with love. not to escape your life, but to create it.
stop calling yourself a maladaptive dreamer. stop diagnosing yourself with an identity that keeps your desires far away. before you ask “how do i do that?” remember what the law of assumption is about: identity creates. if you keep identifying as a maladaptive dreamer, someone who escapes or dissociates, that’s exactly what reality will reflect back.
but you have to break that loop. you can’t sit and stare at your wounds forever. i’ve shifted both physical and mental conditions just by changing my self-concept and choosing new assumptions. it’s possible. the only thing standing in your way is the story you keep telling yourself.

i manifested something that the old version of me would have been way too scared to even apply for!

⤷ i got invited to be a tedx speaker when only 13% got accepted!
i’ve been affirming and visualizing the acceptance invite being in my inbox ever since i applied a few months(?) ago, and they told us that we would hear back around mid april.
april 22, still hadn’t received something back. a few doubts came and went, like “what if they already reached out to everyone and i didn’t get in?”
but NO! i used the lack of 3D evidence to fortify my affirmations in my mind and give myself all the proof i needed. because the evidence you need doesn’t come from external sources — it comes from YOU.
i persisted in my affirmations relentlessly. today, I GOT THE EMAIL!! i’m truly so grateful and excited to get into it! doing more public speaking and really making a significant impact was on my vision board for this year, and i’m so happy that i secured this amazing opportunity to do so!
when i first saw this opportunity being advertised, a small part of me was like, “this seems too big for me right now. maybe i shouldn’t even apply. is it even worth it?” but guess what? I DIDN’T LISTEN. i went for it anyway! i looked inward and affirmed for my self concept until i identified with the version of myself that does this kind of stuff regularly!
i affirmed until it felt NORMAL for me to EMBODY the version of myself who undeniably stands out in the best way. the version of myself who speaks so confidently and eloquently that her message reaches and impacts EVERYONE who hears it.
i LOVE the law of assumption!! NEVER WAVER, NEVER SETTLE BECAUSE SOMETHING’S “UNREALISTIC”! 🤍✨

Conviction is not the absence of fear, doubt, and negative emotions. Conviction is standing in the face of that and saying you have it anyway, because nothing other than what you decide matters.
Stop thinking that you've failed to make an assumption just because your heart is still racing and your stomach still hurts. Your emotions and your body are not god. You can be terrified and shaking in your boots but still standing ten toes down in your assumption
Where I think many people go wrong is the pursuit of perfection. It's the trap of "good enough". When will I be enough? When is what I'm doing good enough to manifest my fucking desire already?? You decide what's good enough, and no one else.
This idea that you have to feel good to manifest, or that you don't have control over when it manifests, the constant song and dance of "doing it right". Law of attraction still has its dirty little fingers digging around inside our hearts
Right and wrong are up to you. There isn't a secret code that unlocks the door, there's no invisible gatekeeper to please, there is only yourself. Have you decided you have it? Have you decided your efforts are good enough or are you constantly punishing yourself.
It is so easy to get lost in what you "should do". Should I be convincing myself or just deciding? Is it ok if I use this affirmation? There is no should.
Do not let shame and guilt destroy you. You should never blame yourself for what is in your reality. You should however recognize you alone have the power to change it.
Stop trying to "fix" everything and ending up spiralling over minor feelings that you can't get to go away. You don't need it to go away. You can literally just decide to keep with the assumption even if you had a stray thought or a flood of emotion. You don't have to hammer down everything that isn't exactly perfectly perfect, because it's yours. Accept that it's yours anyway. Yes I feel like shit, it's still mine. Yes I have doubts, still fucking mine. No I don't understand the "how", it's still mine.
Stop being the observer, hovering over your own shoulder to chastise yourself over every little mistake. You do not need to be perfect to be persistent.
You don't need to "figure out" anything, you don't need to convince yourself or overthink. Manifestation is when you leave all that shit alone and say "no, fuck all of that, I have it".
Trying to micromanage yourself is the easiest loa mistake to make. You end up spiralling for thirty minutes because you had one bump in the road you're trying to force down instead of just saying "sucks, still have it though".
Who cares about belief, who cares about feeling, you are god. Its up to you. I don't care if you feel convinced when you say that you have it, and neither does your subconscious mind.
I'm an insomniac who doesn't drink enough water. If I just go by how I feel I'm gonna think the world is ending. So much of our emotions get falsely attributed to "oh it must not be working" when really, you haven't your body is literally just begging you to go outside or take care of yourself and you're over here like "the universe is against me". No you haven't failed, you're just grumpy and need a nap.
The constant return to "how do I fix it" "how do I manifest" IS living from the old assumption. Deciding that you have already manifested it, regardless of how you feel, is what you need to be doing instead.
Trusting yourself is not this overwhelming influx of dopamine nor is it the complete lack of fear. Having trust is doing the damn method anyway.Having trust is saying, I may not believe it, I may not see it, but it's fucking working. Having trust is getting out of your own way and letting yourself do it without constant double checking.
Conclusion, literally say "nuh-uh!"
"Ok but I don't believe it-" nuh-uh still have it.
"But the 3D-" nuh uh, mine

⤷ YOU are the source of your reality. it’s in the name! it’s YOUR reality. external circumstances have no power here.
⤷ your mind accepts what you feed it. when you saturate it with affirmations? great! that’s real now. your subconscious doesn’t question— it simply ABSORBS.

⤷ try SCRIPTING! write about your affirmations as if you already experienced them in DETAIL. get specific! for example: “i remember how amazing it felt when i got that acceptance! i literally got the email in my inbox and the words i read said congratulations! isn’t it wonderful?”
⤷ use REVISION as PROOF. revise and rewrite “bad” into good, and good into better by affirming it as such. persist in those affirmations.
⤷ VISUALIZE the moment where your affirmations are reflected back to you and they aren’t just words—they’re facts. FEEL and see that moment in as much detail as you can. THAT’S your evidence. it’s the only evidence you need.
⤷ EMBODY the version of you that already has it. whatever the highest form of “i made it” is to you? EMBODY THAT. carry yourself knowing you already have everything you affirm for effortlessly. identify with that timeline. choose that reality.
⤷ ANCHOR YOUR AFFIRMATIONS PHYSICALLY. create a vision board or wallpaper that reflects you already having what you affirm for. normalize that to your nervous system until it recognizes it as truth.

hii love your blog! i want to use the same routine/method you did to manifest your desired hair in order to manifest my dream life, so how would i go about that? would i just do the same psych k method thing and affirm i have my dream life until my subconscious accepts it as true?
hiii! tysm babes <3 so let me explain this more:
1. my epiphany was that your subconscious accepts/assumes after ONE affirmation that's what ppl mean by the law is instant so actually all you have to do is say "I have assumed my dream life" and then whenever you think about it just do the pull test and tell yourself you have it
2. It's like this: "I have thing" (some hours pass) "I still have a thing" and do not question "How long will I have to affirm?" That was my mistake. Just keep telling yourself you have it until it confirms. The reason why we can't question is that your subconscious accepts EVERYTHING you tell it. So if you say, "Ugh, how long do I have to affirm to get my stuff?" Your subconscious will be like "Oh! we're waiting for something," and then nothing will happen because you just told your subconscious "we're waiting," and then it won't push out your desire in the 3d!
3. What "embodying the state" means. Literally just affirm and don't look back. IGNORE the old story. Don't let it cross your mind, and if it does? affirm again and do the pull test
TDLR;
Affirm "I have my dream life" whenever you want to.
Do psych-k to test your subconscious belief
Ignore the old story and do not question "when will I get this by affirming?"
And then just watch it all unfold

Where I was, what happened, and why I'm back so soon. My most personal manifestation and mistakes that should never be made again. (a success story)
My biggest ever insecurity was my hair. I had midlength, frizzy, weird curls that would never define no matter what. It looked like a matted rat almost I hated it.
Even after learning the law and manifesting other stuff, my body, face, anything. I just COULDN'T get my hair to change. I was always so aware of it I could always feel it. I could always see it in my silhouette.
So the 3D was smacking me in the face again and again. I had been trying to change my hair to better defined curls for a year. Yes, a year. Even me who has helped so many of you with my blog. It took me a year to manifest. What I did and the mistakes I made; I did robotic affirmations just like I manifested everything else. But it still, didn't work.
No matter what I did. I was in a spiral, I tested my abilities and I manifested so many other things but I just couldn't change my hair no matter what I did. Until literally 20 hours ago I posted this. Telling you guys that I would be taking a short break from posting and I would come back after manifesting something. I had expected it to take around a week or two for me to lock in, but no. It took only 22 hours.
What did I do? I locked in. I read success stories that MY OWN followers sent me. I had kept repeating to myself "ignore and affirm, ignore and affirm," And then I finally identified what was wrong. You know the saying that's like "when you can write down a problem, you already solved it halfway" well that's kind of what it was like for me.
I did psych-k and I asked myself "there are 2 reasons why I don't have my desired hair" I did the pull test and it was correct. I had 2 things I needed to fix. Then it just came to me, I said "one reason is because I just acknowledged I don't have it" did the pull test, it was correct. then, next I said "the next reason is because I would search for an answer" did the pull test, and It was correct. So my mistake, was questioning. Even if it was only in my actions and not my words. And my next mistake was kind of knowing that I didn't have it.
I locked in after that. I chose a very simple affirmation "I have jet black long curls" It wasn't that specific but my desire was long wavy/ish defined jet black hair that went down to my butt. And before you say "but pink didn't you already say you manifested long hair?" I did. And I lied. That was an affirmation. I was pretending to "act as if" when I wrote that. That was my wrong-doing, but please be assured I haven't lied about anything else.
Anyways- So I affirmed all day and I kept doing the pull test "I have jet black curls, I have jet black long curls" and every-time I pulled my interlocked fingers it assured me "yes, you have it" So then I went to sleep the next day. I didn't wake up with it this morning until I had an epiphany. The law. Is instant. No matter what you see. Your subconscious assumes after ONE affirmation. I told myself "I have assumed my desire" over and over this morning.
Until around an hour ago I passed the mirror without looking at it. But in my peripheral vision I saw a long black **thing** flowing around while I was walking. I stopped in my tracks and turned around. Lo and behold I had my desired hair. I was just staring and staring at it. I finally ran my fingers through my long curls, in shock and awe. And the best part is? I REVISED it. My mom asked me why I kept looking at my hair like that, and she was like "It looks extra nice today" not even questioning why or how it grew like 20 inches in a day.
My advice and a specific list of what I did.
Do not question where it is. Do not affirm "I have it" and then ask a blogger "where is it?" Do not acknowledge you don't have it. Don't affirm "I have it" and then be like "yeah I don't actually have xyz" How I fixed it and my new perception of the law: thing 1. Your subconscious can get confused, it can assume but not understand why you just said you don't have it. That's not a punishment, you're just not letting the law work. How to fix this: Affirm and don't contradict. Don't contradict in your actions. Don't ask a blogger where it is, or vent to an open ai (what I did lmao) If you ever feel a thought about it not being in your favor, just tell yourself "it has confirmed already" and try ignoring it for the rest of the day. Thing 2. The seed gets planted immediately. "I have thing" Your subconicous immediately accepts it and makes space for you to have thing. Then what? Affirm or go about your day. Accept that thing is already yours now. Even if you don't feel like it, just tell yourself "it has confirmed" or "it will confirm" Thing 3. You do not need to affirm so many times. I know my thing is robotic affirmations and saturation but honestly...Its already done. The reason why I think robotic affirming is so affective is because after you affirm once BOOM your subconicous is like "YES WE HAVE THING! NOW LET ME JUST MAKE SPACE FOR IT" but if you keep affirming again, and again, and again and leave no choice for doubts to arise, your subconicous will literally purge your desires. Its almost like you've overstimulated it. Don't make my mistakes. Now, How do we manifest literally anything we want? Its not "affirm and persist in affirmation until you see it" for me anymore. Its "affirm a little, remind, and stop asking" What do I mean by that? Affirm once or twice honestly. And then remind yourself "it has confirmed already" And then don't ask where it is anymore. you affirm its not here or if you ask anyone, just don't validate the old story. Don't make my mistakes. This was my biggest manifestation ever. Bigger than my parents becoming millionaires or me being popular among my friends. If you have a manifestation so important to you or you're trying to get rid of an insecurity, just try very hard to trust yourself and trust the law. Because your subconicous has already assumed just let it do its thing in the meantime. Thank you for reading if you've got this far, ciao my loves ✨

okay so if you need more veggies/fruit, protein or fibre (bc most people do NOT eat enough) in your diet but you struggle to do so, hear me out:
look up recipes (especially snack recipes) that are child/toddler/baby-friendly
i can guarantee there is a woman with a cooking blog out there who has found away to pack a bunch of vegetables into a surprisingly delicious little snack for her kids. this process has never failed me when i feel like i am not eating enough fruits and veggies. my entire flat is eating spinach muffins at the moment, which doesn’t sounding particularly appealing to most people and yet somehow. they’re delicious.

Stop ignoring your bodily signals that’s somethings not right. You get a bad stomach and need to run to the bathroom after the morning smoothie? It doesn’t agree with you. You get terrible anxiety and feel you need to perform on dates with the pretentious guy? He’s not your person. You feel shaky after the iced latte? It’s not for you sweetie. Your body is constantly sending signals, letting you know what feels good, and what doesn’t. Foods that don’t agree with you, people that cause you panic. Take inventory on what's causing dis-harmony in your life, and start editing ruthlessly. This is an act of self love. No more ignoring signs from your inner guidance system. Start heeding the call from your body. It’s speaking to you always.
