Preheat your oven at 200° C. ⠀
Cut the sweet potato into thin slices without cutting it completely, leaving the bottom part whole.
Place it in the oven and top it with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, cook for about 20 minutes at least, depending on its size.

Cut and place the lacto-fermented tofu in a bowl, add a little bit of lemon juice, garlic, pepper and mix it all with a blender or a fork.
Wash the green salad and dry it. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin strips, place them on top of the salad (leave them raw), add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, vegetable oil and lemon juice to taste. Cut and place the avocado as well.

Ingredients For aloo methi:
First, we gonna take oil 4tbsp
then add Cumin seeds/Jeera 1tsp and curry leaves

Some dried red chilies
Onions 100gm
Fry...
Green chilies 3-4 chopped
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Mix it well on High flame
Black pepper 6-8
Coriander powder 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Mix it well for a few secs.
Potatoes 400gm
Sauté for minutes (1-2mins)
Methi leaves/3-4 bunch of fenugreek leaves
Sauté for a minute Flame Medium
Water 1-2tbsp
Close the lid Cook for 10 minutes (Flame medium)
After 10mins
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
A medium tomato chopped
Set for 5 minutes (Flame low)
