Takata - Jason Mamoa

Takata is a famous musician that a lot of Inderlanders listen to as it also has subliminal undertones specifically for vampires. It is later discovered that Takata is her biological father and her mother eventually marries him. Rachel worked for Takata often as security as well.

I have seen Takata cast with people who have no dreads and with white skin. In the books Takata has darker skin and dreads. Jason Mamoa is a good choice but also Gary Dourdan would work for this role, depending on how dark you want his skin, though it is never fully described as far as I can recall.

Inspired by Anita Sarkeesian’s Video Game Tropes vs Women, I wanted to pitch a Zelda game where Zelda herself was the hero, rescuing a Prince Link. 

Clockwork Empire is set 2,000 years after Twilight Princess, and is not a reboot, but simply another iteration in the Zelda franchise. It just so happens that in this case, Zelda is the protagonist. I’m a very big Zelda fan, and worked hard to draw from key elements in the continuity and mythos.

This concept work is meant to show that Zelda as a game protagonist can be both compelling and true to the franchise, while bringing new and dynamic game elements that go farther than being a simple gender swap.

I drew madokasharks for shark week.

Sayaka is a thresher shark

Kyouko is a speartooth shark

Homu is a reef shark

Mami is a hammerhead

Madoka is a nurse shark but later she becomes a whale shark

A doodle I forgot I did while visiting my pal MittyMandi! Just felt like doodlin’ some ponies.

AAAND I think AppleJack + FlutterShy is a cute pairing - whether its platonic or romantic, either way, I’m into it. 

Anyway, this was just a quick doodle thing with some watersoluble colored pencils (like, 3 different browns) and a brown pen that turned out to be NOT as waterproof as I thought but ah well. And white pen of course.
