ICI is a work composed of two mural interventions created for the athletes' village in St Ouen.

We've been working on this project since 2019, and have been lucky enough to see the buildings that make up this village come into being in record time. We sought to respond to the architecture by delicately integrating ourselves into it.

A first work composed of drawings in matrixed concrete appeared in 2021 when the first load-bearing wall of the building @kozarchitectes A second one in November 2023 at the corner of the @ateliergeorge architects' building (we were a little less scared). The two buildings look at each other diagonally, at the same crossroads, and our two works correspond graphically.

The site is not yet open to the public, but will initially be used to house athletes, followed by social and private housing.

Our warmest thanks to @nathaliebazoche ❤️qui. @cecilia_hurstel ♥️notre accomplice and great information centralizer @sylvainazam ❤️et @nicolas.h.muller ❤️ who came to lend us a hand at minus 4 degrees on a beautiful december morning just before Christmas. villagedesathletes/ Olympics ICI est une œuvre composée de deux interventions murales réalisées pour le village des athlètes à St Ouen. Nous travaillons sur ce projet depuis 2019, et avons eu la chance de voir naître en un temps record les immeubles qui composent ce village. Nous avons cherché à répondre aux architectures en nous y intégrant délicatement. Une première œuvre composée de dessins en béton matricé est apparue en 2021 lors de la réalisation du premier mur porteur du bâtiment @kozarchitectes . ( on a eu tellement peur !!!) Une seconde en novembre 2023 à l'angle du bâtiment des architectes @ateliergeorge. ( on a eu un peu moins peur) Les deux bâtiments se regardent en diagonale situés au même carrefour , et nos deux œuvres se repondent graphiquement. Le site n'est pas encore ouvert au public, il sera d'abord le lieu d'accueil des athlètes, puis des logements sociaux et privés. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement @nathaliebazoche ❤️qui nous a sollicité et nous a fait confiance. @cecilia_hurstel ♥️notre complice et grande centralisatrice d'informations @sylvainazam ❤️et @nicolas.h.muller ❤️ qui sont venus nous prêter main forte par moins 4 degrés un beau matin de décembre juste avant Noël. Our new book with Christian Bernard "FABULES" 112 pages, 50 illustrations, Éditions Walden n Ready to order here Les presses du réel A "small portable zoology": a book combining 50 animal poems by Christian Bernard and 50 collages by Hippolyte Hentgen. Animal poetry, especially fabulist poetry, has long been used to draw pleasant portraits of "our friends the beasts". It was necessary to continue without prejudice the examination of this kingdom more than close to ours. This is what these Fabules are all about, teeming with revelations about fifty familiar animals, often unknown and sometimes justly unloved. The logic of their world has been too much neglected.
