So I'm not sure what is going on and how to fix it.
I lost consistently for 30 days. I lost 28 lbs. I'm stuck right now. I would lose 2lb and then gain it right back.
I did drink alcohol on 15 Aug but other than that, I haven't gone over 300-350 cal a day. I ate food on Sunday and Monday. Maybe I should fast for 48 hours, and maybe that will but me back on track?
Any other thoughts are welcome

So I know in retrospect I didn't eat alot of food today but I feel like I did. I really hope it doesn't slow down my progress too much.
Breakfast- one egg, one piece of toast, two bites of yogurt
Lunch-
Dinner- 80 cal tuna packet, cutie orange, 4 pieces of cucumber
Maybe out will help my metabolism
I gained 2 pounds from morning to night

I've been consistent for a month now and have lost 28 pounds.
I would like to start taking vitamins to help. I want to start early, so the issues that come with may be delayed.
Does anyone have any advice for vitamins I should be taking to help?

I have to remember it's okay to gain a little back
I ended my fast with a chicken salad. Total calories was 750. I only ate about half so I'm not sure how many calories I actually ate. I also ate about 200 cals worth of fires.
Yesterday afternoon I was 189.6 and this morning I was 193.2
I just ended my fast and drank a whole bottle of water.
It's okay to see a little weight gain. As long as you lose it soon.

I'm worried I'll 猸愶笍ve and still lose no weight. I know that happens with some eds. They will only eat 500 cal a day and still nothing.
How do I stop that from happening?
I'm losing at a good pace. It's slowed down right now, but it's still going down.
How long can I fast for?
I guess I need a guide
