i had a gore dream again after a while last night. So there was this old(?) wrinkly woman that was working in like a school(?) campus as a nurse and she had a student athlete with an injury come in one day and he had abnormal muscle growth on his bicep and it looks like his gut tissue was so big it popped the skin or dermis something like that. He said the doctors couldnt help him so he went to the school nurse (🤔) then she cut off the excess MUSCLE and stitched to whole like it was nothing. Well it worked and the student kept coming back with more and more of these popped skin muscle oozing holes every day or so. So the nurse got worried and consulted a more advanced doctor and he said its a common side effect of a steroid when abused. So the lady said „is there a cure“ and the doctor said no unless they weigh off the drug but it had permanent side effects. So the nurse said ok and since she thought there was no more hope for the student she decided to be nice and sweet to him on his last days bc she knew he was dying. They lowkey fell in love and they went on a date to this fancy park with a dog show. The park had statues and play pens for the dogs. The dog show host released the dogs and all the dogs were nice to everyone but when they saw the guy they attacked him and the nurse got really scared. When his skin was being sliced you could see the muscle pop out like they were stuffed in there with tension and blood everywhere and when they scratched the muscle that popped out it kept making blood and scratches but the muscle stayed intact (like none of it fell off or lessened if that makes sense) so the nurse lowkey loved this dude and after the attack he was barely recognizable. So she spent day and night trying to find a cure or someone that did and finally she did. It was this woman in an apartment and she knocked and they didnt talk or anything, this woman just opened the door and gave her a syringe and fluid bottle then gently closed the door. The bottle had no labels, just dark brown thick glass and the fluid inside was just like water. So she injected it into the athlete and he recovered soon. She was so happy but then the muscle popping thing started happening to her but in a more rapid rate and since her skin was wrinkly the muscled sometimes filled in the wrinkles like a botched botox job and she got insecure around the athlete boy so she started just chipping off her skin normally like she carried a knife every just so cut slices into her skin and squeeze the extra muscle out. When she asked the boy out he said no bc shes old and he wants kids plus her skin was all fucked up. So she got really mad and ate, rubbed estrogen and progesterone creams, pills, serums, injections, diets etc. and all the drugs made her woozy and she asked the boy out for a date again (she said sth along the lines of how this is the least he could do after rejecting her) and he said ok lets go to that dog show park again. And they did but the dogs attacked the boy again and he was so injured but the woman thought this was the perfect opportunity to get him to get her pregnant bc if he was conscious he wouldnt have sex with her so she raped his mangled and shit body and it died bc she fucked it too hard. So she realized what she has done and she got so anxious and stressed she started knifing out the muscle in her skin more and eventually got so bad to the point she basically skinned herself so she went back to the antidote lady but when she opened the door the lady just ate her or devoured her idk and i woke up
