In has come to my attention that in my last poll I completely forgot about Captain Archer (and others), so we're doing this again.

Basically, pick whichever captain you'd work under in Star Fleet. But to make this interesting, you will be serving on their ships during the worst crisis of their career, just to make this a little more interesting.

"Sisko committed war crimes" "Janeway killed a guy" but no talk about Jonathan 'the federation doesn't exist yet' Archer who gaslit a man into thinking they spent 3 years in prison together, told him his family was dead and his people were in civil war, and put a worm thing in his blood after they attacked earth

i hate that Soldier Poet King is most people’s only exposure to The Oh Hellos. yes it’s a banger and yes Dear Wormwood is a fantastic album. but please there is so much more. now listen to passerine and theseus and on the mountain tall and lapis lazuli and the lament of eustace scrubb. what do you mean you’re only going to listen to thus only to tyrants and bitter water. grabs you by the shoulders. you are missing out
