I'm hungry asf, it's been 41 hours

To anyone reading this
Don't compare your journey to anyone's. I went from 96kg to 52kg in about 11 months but it was not without struggles.
I wanted to post my success more than anything because it encourages me to do better. But today has been really hard so I thought it's also important to unknowledge struggles sometimes.
I also think it's easy to get discouraged by seeing how others are successful, so it's important to keep reality in mind.
Here's reality.
I've been struggling with binge eating for a little while now and I often get myself stuck in binge/purge cycles. It's honestly hell. I believe it is the reason I've hit a plateau for a few months but I'm happy I managed to maintain instead of just gaining.
I'm trying to break this cycle which is why I "force" myself to post what I eat and journal about how I feel in here.
Ive been trying to drink as much green tea as possible (hence the pic above) in order to "keep my mouth and my stomach busy" in a way, especially in between meals. But it's far from easy.
But I've always kept my goal in mind and I'm feeling confident!

You are going to encounter people who will act like weight professionals who somehow knows better than you about what it takes to loose weight.
Please remember there isn't one true way of loosing weight.
Everyone's body and brain will react differently to different methods. You need to find what works for yourself and not try to follow what some weight gurus are gonna force you into. That's the best way to fail.
