Charlie running a carnival/ circus

Idk about the others roles but Angel as a sharpshooter doing trick shots (with his acrobatic and pole skills I just think it would be neat)

And Husk obviously doing magic

…if anyone wants to suggest roles for the others I’m listening

Okay here is my thoughts on how people write Husk in fanfics 99% of the time

One interesting thing is that people tend to make him out as more of a victim than he is, often writing in that he lost his soul gambling it to Alastor as a victim of his gambling addiction... but that isn't what he said happened.

He implies he lost a lot of his souls through gambling them (and the visuals imply he lost them to Alastor) but Husk explicitly states in the song Loser Baby that he sold his soul. He made a deal with Alastor for power. I'd actually argue that maybe because of being an overlord Husk had another addiction which would be... power.

He enjoyed being powerful in hell.

Another point I'd like to make is Husk is often made too nice, I've only seen his growth from episode 4 onward discussed by like one person. But it's worth noting that in the beginning of "Masquerade" he airs out everyone's dirty laundry for No Fucking Reason, he was mad at Angel so why did he drag everyone else into it? Husk is like Angel, he's a little mean spirited. We see that he enjoys other people's drama as much as Angel does in "Dad Beat Dad" (I do love how smug he is when he says "daddy issues") He later seems to soften up by "Hello Rosie!" when he openly expresses fondness for the rest of the cast.

Some people DO write Husk as being closed off but they leave out his tendency to lash out. (it wouldn't surprise me if he enjoyed using his power to torment others. Like a cat playing with it's food haha)

Husk is my poor little meow meow don't get me wrong but this is WHY he's my favorite. He's a mean old drunk who had to learn to open himself up just as much as Angel did and just like Angel he still isn't perfect.

anyway Husk is my favorite and I think the mischaracterization of him is actually worse than how people write Angel Dust in fanfic

Saying Angel is on the path to redemption because of Husk and Not Charlie is just so wild

I don't think (or wildly hope) Angel would be redeemed unless we're on the last season. He's such a core part of the show and the heaven aspect of it is such a lesser focus (so far) that Angel getting redeemed would just mean Less of him. And I say I wildly hope it wouldn't happen because god I would hate that. Heaven seems boring and Angel's dynamic with the main crew is so much more interesting.

But also? Implying Charlie has done Nothing to redeem him?? He might be a difficult little shit with her but she TRIES for him and he does show that he cares about her. Downplaying their potential for friendship vs a potential relationship just shows you're focusing more on shipping than anything.
