The @nmaahc is a must go experience for those interested in the experience of the Black individual. The entire building had a pulse that resonated from wall to wall. The amount of knowledge, dedication, and soul put into creating this place of Blackness was so overwhelming for me. Today was originally suppose to be my day where I began my dieting as well as physical and spiritual cleansing. Been allowing a lot of people to dump their negative energy into my life for the last year, resulting in my growth being stunted.
