Someone close to you has been kidnapped, and the only way to get them back safely is to participate in a tournament where you fight to the death. Or, rather, to be specific to win! Will you leave your loved one to rot, or will you fight for them?

Phear Realm is an Open Dangan Ronpa Original Character Tournament! A bunch of students have been ‘invited’ to the Phear Realm to participate in a tournament to save their loved ones. Family members, friends, or even partners have been kidnapped, and the only way to save them - and yourself - is by winning the tournament. If they lose and die, they will find that their loved ones will rot away and die as well!

She strummed her guitar, looking up at Togami with a small smile. Then, with a soft yet audible voice, she began singing.

"Why do people seem to always think the worst? Why is it that we can never ever come to terms? Why do we fear what it is we do not know? But we always find comfort in the place it is that we call home. " 

Her phrase was soon followed by a light instrumental, lasting somewhere around 10 seconds.

"I never had a home though I've only ever ro-oamed But why is it that I never ever feel left all alone I figured out my purpose My life and that I'm worth it And I've figured out my answer."

This phrase was then followed by a solo strum as people began to gather.

"Blood of the covet, thicker than water of the womb All of my dearest friends In their hearts there is still room I never really lived there But what difference does it make? Home is where your heart is And mine is in the room they made."

Her singing continued for an estimated minute. By this time people had gathered around her, pleasantly surprised by her singing and musical work. Her performance was followed by the small audience applauding, causing her to blush and giggle, followed by a bow.

She looked to Togami for an encouraging smile, in turn giving him a large on of appeal and joy. It's as if she had forgotten her impending doom, and the look she presented was one of the purest she could have given.

"Yeah! Its wonderful!" She giggled and took her guitar case from her back, opening it up and taking her brightly colored guitar to hang it by her neck. She paused for a second as her fingers lingered over the strings.

"I can't believe this is my last time playing..."

It’s hilarious that non-Americans on Tumblr are all like “OMG DENNY’S TUMBLR MAKES ME WISH I LIVED IN AMERICA SO I COULD EAT THERE,” while us Americans will literally only eat at Dennys if it’s 3 in the morning and we’ve lost control of our life.
