A factory fired 2 mexican men. Every single mexican man shut down their work, and left with the two men in solidarity, turn on the sound for the commentary.

Day 00-03
So I had to start over with working out. I kept to intermittent fasting and have already lost 5lbs. For the past three days I have worked out twice a day every twelve hours. I'm really sticking to it this time and I'm super excited.

Day 01
So I went to the gym and worked out for the first time in a very long time, and let me tell you. I am definitely outta shape. Like I knew I was outta shape but tonight I KNEW I was. I worked out for an hour. Thirty minutes of cardio and thirty minutes of light weights. Over all I feel great that I went and worked out. I plan on going back tomorrow. I think I'll stick to it!

Don’t rely on motivation for anything. It is fleeting and unreliable.
Discipline, however, is unyielding. Force yourself to follow through. Things are going to come up in life that get in the way of your goals, but that is no reason to let them stop you completely.
Can’t do a whole run? Do half of one. Don’t have time to go to the gym to lift? Do push-ups. Any action is better than inaction. Don’t like the food you need to eat to meet your goals? Tough shit. A little discomfort is worth the change and at the end of it you will have a mind as tough as your body.

Day 00
Deciding to finally get healthy and stick to it. I've recently researched intermittent fasting and believe that it could be the method that would work best for me. I am also planning on working out 5 days a week for a hour and a half; one hour of cardio and a half hour of light weight lifting to hopefully evade loose skin. I've got over 100lbs to lose so hopefully I can get my crap together and do it!
