And here is Catherine Jensen! A little oc I made a while ago that I made to fill in some holes behind Ruben’s story and Capheus’s lore. She was the host that Capheus controlled before, but the entity left her body and she went on to dedicate her entire life’s work to finding Capheus a new body and nurturing him back to his former glory.

During his time at Talon, the mercenaries would beat him half to death to try and make him say who he worked for and why he was there. Jensen saw how much of a beating he could take and offered to help him (by making his situation worse of course) through making him a gineua pig to try and see if Capheus is compatible with his body;

Short answer: not really.

Basically, this is Hayden during the Summer Games event. I was inspired by my friends who drew amazing art of their own ocs and how they looked during the event. In case you were wondering, Hayden is representing New Zealand in the game of Handball.

So as of late, I’ve been having trouble being inspired to draw Ruben’s grew full out. I’ve decided to redesign Ruben to give him a more futuristic and upgraded look that fits his lore better.

Because Ruben travels a lot, he wears a specialised rain poncho that keeps him warm on cold days and let’s him sleep nice and tight when he has nothing else to sleep in. I stuck to his boots though and his cowl, I only changed his clothes. I hope you like it! I’m sorry if the quality isn’t that good, there’s not much I can do about it.

I was inspired mainly by Detroit Become Human and the kind of fashion that the people had there.

So I don’t really make it that open that Ruben is in-fact, transgender. Because here on tumblr, there are original characters that are only defined by the fact that their gay or transgender. That’s not what I had in mind for Van Gogh when I made him, I made him transgender because of how it ties in with his story and simply because I wanted to make some sort of statement on a site like this.

(Also because Ruben used to be a girl when I made him, then I thought how it wouldn’t really tie in well with his incredibly boyish personality).

After seeing scion Hanzo I couldn’t resist making Van Gogh a suit.

I listened to Champion Sound and thought about how ruthless Ruben really could be, what if he never left De La Lune and came to be the boss of the assassins guild.
