Cherri and Angel QPR chart!

Some of this is Canon some is headcanon. So hold tight as I break this down. Left to right.

Ages are a guess, they strike me as rather youthful. Heights are approximate because often in animation heights are relative much to my frustration.

Cherri I think does like some PDA but Angel would love so much more. Especially if he feels safe he'd buy a billboard and announce his affection. Cherri has cracked through his BS and he loves her and trusts her.

I don't see either cooking much, Angel could but I think the things he cooks often brings back somber memories so he has time be in the mood for unpacking all that. Cherri can cook but finds it boring. She will cook up stew or soup if you are sick no questions asked.

Cherri I think only technically lies because she doesn't think things through better. "Don't tell anyone I said this" and she accidently spills it later and thus is a liar. Angel consciously lies but would rather just keep his secrets while projecting an air of "I have no shame or secrets" hes more consistent and mindful of when he lies.

Angel is picky to a point. He has his aesthetic and favorites. Cherri is more of a free spirit, she has favorite things but will also be persuaded for novelty and new experiences.

Technically speaking Angel is fine with bugs but hes able to ignore them a lot more than Cherri who will take care of them first.

Which kinda leads into the tidy slob debate. Angel is a clean messy, he has stuff and its everywhere but its clean. Cherri I see as more likely to jump from place to place so she rarely cleans. She doesn't want too many roots in one place, while maintaining territory. You know shes somewhere in the area but not which house.

I think primarly they are in something of a vibes mode. They didnt want to change either way. After Angel joins the hotel and stops doing as much of their shared activities but was growing positively that Cherri likes it, wants to see where it goes. Shes suspicious imo because she doesn't want him to leave her or fall into a cult. Gotta pass the sniff test. Shes into trying new things and is more reckless with herself but is protecc mode over Angel. (Dog coded frfr) so in the middle for both of them because honestly Angel is your number one fan/enable. He wants you to be happy. Healthy and eating veggies? Thats up to you.

Together they are great at talking. They don't talk over each other and they find each other's humor funny. They get into a dialog and they feel heard and seen really easy. Other people? Mileage may vary.

They feed into each others social battery. Usually are very loud. Not impossible to be still but it just happens to be loud together.

In terms of what I think their natural cycles would be. Angel likes being up late, Cherri however does better in the mornings. I think she wakes up quick too.

Tbh Cherri is less exploritive whereas Angel (outside of work) has preferred kinks. Cherri might be open to trying stuff but its not her preference.

Check Boxes that apply is maybe the most controversial section. I dont see them kissing or holding hands, Angel does that rarely anyway. Cherri usually has bombs in her hands and outside of work Angel just likes having his hands free. Kissing vibes just weren't there between them but hugs yes. Cuddles yes. As for sex stuff between them its more utilitarian. Scratch an itch with someone you trust but aren't necessarily sexually attracted to. He gets pegged.

Allogrooming of you are unfamiliar with the term is like how monkeys groom each other. In humans/this scenario im imagining brushing hair, doing nails, face masks, foot massages (Angel to Cherri. Angel refuses to let people touch his feet). Bathing together. They are also comfortable with being naked with each other. Sometimes when Angel zones out he'll find patterns in Cherris freckles. They are fairly comfortable doing causal clothing touching such as Cherri could fix Angels bowtie while Angel talks without him flinching and Angel could braid her hair while she's watching TV/videos on the phone.

Cherri is canonically introduced to Angels found family and I want to imagine Angel accidentally ran into his brother once with Cherri so she was introduced to Arakniss. She got into an argument with Arakniss and they left and she gave him the middle finger the whole time.

I want Cherri to move into the hotel. She will sneak into Angels room for an impromptu sleepover and the hotel gets rattled by a small explosion at 4am.

Theyll sleep and cuddle in the same bed and share clothes. At least for sleeping in, they can only share certain clothes because of differences in biology. Usually skirts.

Angel needs more down time compared to Cherri. Both are very sociable and extroverted so its like a comparison of a few degrees. Angel can be prone to more melancholy and depression.

Awkwardness is interesting because I filled this out for "around each other" the thing is, they dont care if they break furniture or theres an accidental pantie shot. Per second of behavior around each other Cherri is more awkward, she let's herself be free from cringe. She's a bad bitch in charge out in the world but giggle snorts in private. Hope that makes sense.

Clinginess really can vary depending on a lot of factors. But at the end of the day they are ride or die for each other. So maybe a better word is loyalty? Dog coded strikes again. Cherri is a lil lower only because she doesn't want to crowd too much- doesn't want to be a downer or suffocate people (unless its under rubble).

As for libido basically Cherri has a less active libido but the constant adrenaline from blowing shit up and throwing herself into trouble has her higher than average. Angel is a sexual being and almost hypersexual (that debate could go on for hours.) And he ends up being higher.

And finally the touch chart. Despite what you might expect Angel is sometimes "off the clock" they might sometimes share sex but the best part of the relationship for him is perhaps in the ability to say no and Cherri will respect it. NO FEET. Cherri is over all more open. Angel likes to tickle her Im 99% sure.

Now for a moment let me explain why they are qpps:

There's enough alike that they can share long nights and dark mornings together and are different enough that they keep each other on their toes. The silence between them is the eye of a hurricane. He and she are platonic soulmates. Understood in ways only an echo or after image understands. Different and yet...

There was before and after, a lil corner of the heart that they didn't know existed until they met each other.

Not a completeness because each is person enough alone but a warmth of being known.

Seen and found to be enough. Not lacking.

What does the gen tag mean?

Platonic rarepairs, duos that aren't explicitly romantic but are still uncommon so I include them. The reason why I used it is bc I based the ship tags on AO3 relationship type tags (f/f, f/m, m/m, and from what I read "gen" comes from "general" which implies that it refers to general relationships, not necessarily romantic.

If I ever do another Hazbin rarepair tournament, it will most likely be on this blog, as I don't think I'm going to make a single fandom-specific poll on the other blog. I kinda got tired of doing ship polls about just Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss, so I created the new blog to get a more varied amount of tournament ideas (no saying I will never do Hazbin rarepair tournaments again, but still.

Hi guys! In recent days, I have been thinking about creating another blog... If you all have been following me for a long time, you will probably remember how many rarepair tournaments I made there, because of that, I have been thinking about creating a new blog specifically about making ship tournaments!

For example: best ship with x trope, best ship with x/y color type, etc. The only kind of tournament I couldn't make is "best ship from x fandom", since I obviously don't know about every fandom I don't fell like making a tournament about a specific one, at most I could make tournaments about ships from a company (Ex: Disney, Netflix) or genre (ex: best horror ship).

However, I have been a bit doubtful about it, since I fear that due to real-life tasks, he cannot keep it very active constantly. especially since we are talking about managing many tournaments at once.

Here me out on this:

Velvette falls in love with Charlie while watching her fight with Adam, so she starts to spread rumors on the internet to make her look bad just to see her angry. Charlie gets tempted but never falls for it and when Velvette actually crosses the line, charlie goes to Velvette's penthouse personally and they start scuffling, Velvette confesses and Charlie is offended but still gives her one night of awesome angry lesbian sex for her to clear all the rumors on her and the hotel. The next day everything is fine for charlie but velvette still stalks her. Now there's this inside joke with the vees where Velvette bullies Vox for stalking Alastor and Vox bullies Velvette for stalking Charlie.
