Astrology Observations #2:

Libra moons are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. They have an innate sense of justice and a desire for everyone to be equally happy. They also have this way of existing at peace with who they are and let others be who they are.

Venus in the 11th women are charming and fun - usually sweethearts that love the world. A lot of their friends tend to crush on them though, and the native with this placement can be disappointed to find out some friendships were only based on interest.

I don't like to give "absolute" statements, but I will say, I have never seen an Aquarius Mars with someone that isn't impressively smart/deep. Without mental stimulus, you could look like Brad Pitt that they will have zero interest.

Jupiter in the 8th men = grower not show-er

I'll go more into synastry below, but I have noticed that when two people have almost exactly, or exactly opposing charts in tight orbs (ex: Sun Cancer 23 degrees, Sun in Cap 24 degrees, Mercury 2 degrees Cap, Mercury 0 degrees Cancer), you actually get along so well with that person. They're totally the opposite in many ways, but also exactly the same. 2 sides of the same coin, so different there is no need for a power struggle but somehow still same energy. Love seeing and experiencing these. But it has to be the majority of the chart.

better call saul is proof that the artistic merit of a piece of popular media is negatively correlated with how seriously the fans take it. marvel movies are cheap garbage but there’s probably a couple thousand people who got that corny wandavision quote tattooed somewhere on their body. better call saul is a tv show with a competent writing staff and some immaculately framed shots and this morning i saw a 144p video titled “finger” of someone saying “put your dick away walter i’m not having sex with you right now” in a perfect mike ehrmantraut impression

so,,,,,, this new chapter huh? I want to say I’m disappointed because it focuses on the now lunarians (assholes) but I saw this coming. The absolute lack of empathy and sheer betrayal of any morals,,,, I did not. I expected gems to be upset or betrayed or uncomfortable or ANYTHING but there was nothing.

I was especially excepting some drama regarding Ghost coming back (or lack thereof) but they’re fine(?) and no one seems to care? Not even Cairn (who would’ve been mad at least, I think) which makes me think of two things. 1) somethings wrong with the gem to lunarian transmutation machine that fundamentally changes who the gems are. Or 2) Ichikawa simply does not care. Not to blame her for bad writing, but more like, these relationships and nuisances are just,,, forgettable to her now. She’s mentioned in the past, I believe, not liking the lunarian chapters so perhaps to get it over with she’s making things as simple as possible. Which is a,,,,, choice.

I would like to say, Euclase is the one “gem”/ person with a brain cell at the moment. They ar least acknowledge what they’ve done to Phos is wrong/bad and have some emotion towards them - not just apathy. Even then,,,, I can’t help but feel dissatisfied,,,,,

I will say I do not like the Achemea /cairn and sensei/antarc parallels. I feel like I shouldn’t have to explain why. But if that’s what Ichikawa is going for then MAN she misses the mark.

Speaking of Achemea - why hasn’t he suffered any consequences? At all? Or why haven’t we seen ANY indication that he’s in the wrong? Or manipulating others? Or ANYTHING? If ichikawa is trying to get us to believe that the lunarians and especially Achemea is genuine then she is failing spectacularly. I feel like we all know an abusive relationship when we see it. If that’s not what she’s going for then,,,,, oh boy. Ohhhhhhhh boy.

lastly cinnabar - I wish I had more to say but I wish cinnabar had more to say so. Fuck me I guess. At least they feel happy now? Even if it’s built on lies and abuse and torture? I don’t know,,,

In conclusion - I don’t know what to feel. I feel as if this most recent lunarian arc has been very bad and one note and not in the way we all expected or anticipated. It feels as if the series is going downhill I want to say but truly, I have much hope and anticipation for the next chapter. Which will hopefully be Phos focused. I think all I can say is,,,, good riddance. ||
