update on the (HAR) centaur mod: made 2 adult outfits and 3 kids. not tested yet in game, but all sides and alpha masks are done. Note I do plan on doing the other body types post release, but for my sanity rn its just the male, female, and child body types :')

The next outfits will probably be medieval based, since i did technically make this mod with medieval overhaul in mind since i usually play with that. horse armor....

trying to figure out a set aesthetic for a HAR race I'm making for rimworld so i can design better apparel and items and god i'm so fucking rusty aaarrrggghhh i'm thinking of some spoopy type stuff but honestly i think i need something a little more to chew on and work with and i feel dry on ideas rn. i'm also trying to think of foods/sweets bc the idea is that you can make food (also counts as drugs) that can up healing factor for a lot at the cost that it's also highly addictive (less than the base ingredient that only imps can produce but still risky)

Sup, I’m the one who sent the ask (felt particularly anxious at the time) but I hard agree. For me it’s a mix of things (gender questioning and being a bi/pan disaster) so I prefer games and dating sims that let you choose a gender and all that but I don’t mind otomes, just to get that context out there. But basically sometimes I feel like my options for porn games with pretty dudes is so dry that games like Cloud Meadow taking their sweet time still stands out to me.

Like i don’t even need it to be anime aesthetics specifically, obviously, and I like muscle and chub, but I want variety so badly and for games (or maybe more the industry) to accept that yes, women or just anyone outside cis men do indeed like nice butts and jiggle physics too. Like I adore Nu:Carni on the art side of things bc it’s basically a harem with men in straight up titty outfits sometimes (also I adore the protag so much) but I wish that level of sexualization for pretty dudes wasn’t just BL (or gacha, no more gacha pls—)? Ofc there’s WHB but WHB is ran by a circus (god I have so many thoughts both on how it’s run and some writing decisions).

Also don’t get me started on monsters and monster games. I want my monster boys so bad I’m literally making a rimworld mod as we speak. Again, Cloud Meadow, despite its slowness, still stands out bc at least they’re fair in their monster boy and monster girl thirsts but I wish I could give more examples than Cloud Meadow (for both porn and decent monsterfucker games in general that isn’t just monster girls) at the top of my head

your recent post made me think and idk if there's such a thing as "otome adjacent" but i feel like even indie games that can appeal to that particular crowd have a problem of just. not going all in? like even if they're blatantly horny. while i got a mixed relationship w otome games, i do like my anime pretty boys and a lot of times, the variety of guys in porn games for me isn't like. great if there even are any. it feels like you either get BL (with a set protag on top and i like making ocs) or someone's game that kinda almost begrudgingly has dudes. at least from my experience.

Closet thing to "Otome-adjecent" would be like Amare games but that terms relatively new, somewhat controversial amongst Otome fans, terms for games that use otome game like elements but aren't just girl kiss boy(s). Or Dating Sim but only villains use the term Dating Sim when it's not an actual Dating Sim (which is a lot romance VNs and I am crying blood in rage). But, yeah, you're gonna be hard pressed to find games that aim at a female- or LGBT+ audience that go really hard into NSFW as you would in games aimed at a male audience. Honestly, it's kinda like the inverse issue for male-oriented romance that they're often more porn then romance. And, even the more "porny" otome still tend to be very tame.

It's a desert out there if you want otome with adult content and like the singular oasis you have is a cesspool. I find a lot of adult games that begrudgingly have dudes tend to be ones more aimed at male audiences in the first place anyways. And, then all the dudes are like bara... maybe you get lucky and their is a femboy. BL is so weird because it's similar to Otome in Audience and that they're romance games but BL gets much more explicit porn and very very little truly self-insert style (like I know some people call protags self-inserts because they're badly written but there is a huge difference between a true self-insert and a lot the badly writen protags of the games). I wonder if because a lot of BL is written for women that they're more aimed at telling stories then self-insert unlike a lot of otome under the assumption that ladies aren't gonna wanna self insert. But, also, I too like making OCs. I'll make some boy OCs to get fucked or fuck others in the butt. Come on. Give me something. The only example of a BL game with self-insert that I really know of is like Dream Daddy (which the guys are handsome but do fall outside of the pretty anime boy category definitely).
