i really want to write a chaptered slow burn fic but it’s just so hard to come up with ideas??? like i have a couple but idk im not really sold on any of them

what if i told you. that fic. is a rework of the same 3 part abandoned fic that's on livejournal from like 2010ish
i know!! idk if the original version ever had three parts (for some reason i was under the impression that the original had just the first part, especially considering that the latest part is named after a line in modern love), but when i started reading the first part like two years ago i remember reading that it was rewritten and reposted from livejournal. and then some months later (before the fic was fully finished on ao3) i found it on livejournal!
#part of me needs to go find the livejournal version of part 3 to find out when jack and alex get back together SKAJDKSJS#but also i don’t want spoilers#i hope this isn’t the final part though#a trilogy makes sense i guess but it would be cute seeing jack and alex raise their second child#ie i hope there’s a third part#i wish fic jack and alex nothing but happiness#weeping over this fic fr#jalex fanfic
