I'm Anas Basil, a recent high school graduate with dreams of pursuing a degree in e-business management and building a career. However, due to my family's financial hardships, I enrolled at Khan Younis Training College (KYTC), affiliated with UNRWA. Sadly, the war has turned the college, once a beacon of hope and education, into a shelter for displaced families, stripping it of its educational purpose.

I completed high school with a 93% average, filled with excitement about continuing my education and securing a job to support my family. But like so many others, the war has shattered those dreams.

My younger brother, Ahmad, is 14 years old and currently in the third grade of preparatory school. We’ve always called him "Doctor of the Future" because of his intelligence and natural talent in mathematics. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing war, he has been deprived of schooling for the second consecutive year. In addition to his academic abilities, Ahmad has a passion for football and used to win tournaments.

Our Life in Displacement: The war forced our family to flee to Rafah, where we lived in a tent for several months. Each day, my brother and I would wake up to fetch water, gather wood, and light a fire to prepare food. Survival became our daily task, but we never gave up hope. The conflict affected us deeply, but it did not extinguish our dreams of education and a better future.

ok vnheads i need a game to invest my whole brain in but i cant.. FIND any that im crazy about so heres what im looking for

- mystery genre preferred but outside of that isnt a dealbreaker

- romance is welcome i just want an overarching plot outside of that. there will always be bonus points if there is yuri

- adult protaganists preferably but again isnt a dealbreaker

- little to no sexual content please (ESPECIALLY if the mcs are under 18.)

- bonus points if its available on steam/nds/3ds

some games/series i played but have issues with/tried but couldnt get through for reference:

- remember11: ok i have such a lovehate relationship with this game but my biggest issues with it are the constant rehashing of stuff the player already knows and also the Le player is evil twist

- parascientific escape: the translation is. Bad im sorry it just kind of takes me out of it.

- ghostpia: im gonna sound soooo sensitive but the way they put clara through the meatgrinder puts me off it somehow 😭 if youve played you know

Absolutely the funniest part of Trauma Center is when Ange berates Derek's bedside manner only to, a few chapters later, tell a suicidal patient that if she's in such a hurry to die, she better go ahead and do it already.

The most insane moment of writing in the game! Why did she say that!

okayyyyyy finished the demo. my thoughts:

either i have the memory of a squirrel or this is like... a very different game from the original? like im pretty sure a good chunk of the dialogue/story beats were altered somewhat? which isnt necessarily a bad thing keeps it fresh for the people who are here bc theyre fans of the og (which is gonna be this entire games sales) but its still kind of jarring i guess. the demo had me constantly wobbling between "omg its kinda soulless compared to the og" and "wait this kind of gives it more flavor though"

i think i enjoyed it though. it looks BEAUTIFUL. still debating on whether or not thisll be the way i end up playing the sequel for the aforementioned reasons
