This dragon-man was ultimately devoted to Yona from the moment he met her and kinda crushed on her, and this caused problems between him and Hak for awhile, but he set aside his feelings because he saw how real Hak's love for the princess was. Like, he saw that he could never be needed or wanted by Princess Yona the way Hak was, and he didn't become an asshole because of it. He made peace with the situation and though he and Hak bicker and tease each other regularly, he was really happy for him and Yona when they finally got together. Kija is a really great and wholesome friend and person. I love him so much.

The only thing that throws me about Hak is that in English Dub, he has the same voice actor as skinny All Might, so when I hear this sickly retired hero and a strong affectionate bodyguard hottie. It's weird.

If you want me to be honest, Hak has ruined my life. He is beautiful, gentle, kind, brave, strong, manly, with pure feelings and stop counting. Where will I find a man as perfect as he? Impossible, he made me raise my expectations too (seriously, TOO) high in men, I will never marry anyone.

You forgot to mention that Hak’s also intelligent, charismatic, loyal, honest, funny and selfless (too much for his own good though), anon <3
