Arc intro: the rockets red glare

Something has been going wrong with the pc boxes. People have been complaining to Bill that pokemon have been going missing from their PC boxes, the boxes claiming that the pokemon had been "released." Which trainers said wasn't their doing.

Bill is trying to figure out what's going on, and the mysterious II (Two) has been active on the blog. Bill thinks Team Rocket is back at it again. And is worried it is going to run deeper than just breaching the server systems.

Folks in the Kanto/Johto regions are welcome to be involved with the plot in person. But anyone in any region is welcome to notice some of their pokemon were mysteriously released from their boxes and not by them.
