If I gotta try and explain anxiety ... It's like every muscle in your body so tense when you finally lay down they twitch... It's feeling like maybe if you hold yourself together enough just a little longer ... No in the end my brain goes somewhere else... I feel so tense my jaw chatters on my tongue... I got VERY yousta biting my tongue for three years and now why does everything revert me back to then and my anxiety being just as high... FOR EXAMPLE; my mother is in Kinney drugs getting her pills and figuring mine out and I can't even get out of the car my body is killing me ...
