I'm watching hxh 1999 on youtube and its very funny to watch it as ten ish hour chunks of cut together episodes, because on one hand not having to skip intos or recaps is helpful, but never before have I more felt like a media consumer. Like jeez man I just watched ten god damn hours of content. and I'm gonna watch more.
On the other hand I forgot that hisoka is a freak and this version does NOT hold back please someone put him in a container and move him away from all other people

Just finished fullmetal alchemist, devastatingly good, and I think it would be unfair to call it either better or worse than fmab. I do think I prefer brotherhood for the characters and ending though, but I do not think fma has a bad ending! Both are good in separate ways, and I don't think you need to watch both because they are separate enough

Recently I did watch Mushoku Tensei, after perviously dropping it. I think both arguments for and against it are valid, since Rudeus is INSANE in the first few episodes, and yes, he does improve! And the worldbuilding is cool and intriuging! But, as a hater, I have one BIG COMPLAINT. What that fuck is up with 15 being the age you become an adult, and presumably, is also the age of consent?
"Oh, but they celebrate birthdays by fives!" Yes yes, but then doesn't twenty make more sense?? Like on one hand, yes he can adventure faster, but this is also an author's choice, and he uses this for lots of questionable scenarios.

Watching Ouran High School Host club is intriguing since its like a sibling of kill la kill to me, which sounds insane BUT:
• genre switch in how its presented
•making fun of creepy audience/the tropes (fanservice)
Generally I only watch shonen and seinen but I've been really enjoying OHSHC, but I'd honestly go bonkers if I was in haruhi's situation

the other day i rewatched ALL of Crusher Joe in one sitting (it was awesome) and i realized that during the drive in scene where they meet with the president, the movie they watch is dirty pair, like it's bonkers how much those characters are clearly Kei and Yuri

Solo Leveling - seems neat and worth watching, I know nothing about it
Delicious in Dungeon - I love studio trigger so i'll watch anything they make
Metallic Rouge - seemed intriguing
Mr. Villian's Day Off - seemed funny and charming
Bucchigiri?! - I like shows about fighting
Sengoku Youko - I like shows about humans and yokai / the supernatural
