“dude you look awesome.” he grins looking over at marco. “the beard was a bold choice but it works.” taking a bite of a chip he looks over at the dance floor before glancing over at him. “which one is your date?”

miles nodded trying to just put his trust in his friend. he didn’t really have that many people right now so this was nice. he took the cup that he was supposed to be giving to owen. the plan was pretty set in stone for a few days and now here he was feeling a bit nervous. mostly for fitz’s sake. “it won’t like…really mess him up right?” the guilt was slowly settling in.

“nah, they’ll both be occupied with the bathroom for a minute but besides that it’s fine. this shit is over the counter.” he assures his friend as he pours some punch into the other cup handing it to him as well to make it look less suspicious. “you’re not having second thoughts right?” he only asks because of the look on his friends face.

“i wasn’t sure if we were ever gonna make it out of your house.” he teases taking a bite of a cookie. “you look amazing by the way.” a grin grows on his lips as he looks over at her. “do you want to dance?”

“i guess it’s good to change it up. i mean they already did the whole thing with my car.” he explains as he finally turns around to see the cups in both of his hands. there’s a smirk on his face knowing he would at least be giving one to owen and kc would be handing the other to fitz. “owen might not be as hard to do. last we talked, he didn’t even punch me so that’s a bonus.”

“yeah i guess it’s a little too on the nose.”  kc might be friends with all of them but it still irked him that they went that far with miles. it was a weird battle to be caught in. handing one of the cups over to miles he grabs a different colored cup for the normal punch. “didn’t think that was possible, looks like you’re making headway. i’ll give fitz his once i find him.”

“so you really think is going to work? just remember i’m putting my trust in you.” he says as his back is turned away from him only to keep guard. they had talked about how miles should get owen and fitz back.

“i mean keying their cars might’ve been a little easier but it’ll work. it’s about time you trusted me.” he says loud enough for only him to hear as he slips a crushed up laxative into both of the punch cups. “all you have to do is sell it.”
