small update

hey, guys! just wanted to let y’all know that i have not given up on this blog.   i do plan on coming back to it once this semester is over in december.  maybe earlier if my work load lightens up!!  i may be around a little more as i plan on revamping the blog, changing things around, but actual roleplay activity will still be quiet.

i still have plenty of muse for the fish dad!! i just don’t have the time right now to actually do anything here.  honestly, i don’t have the time to be anywhere on tumblr anymore.

but, that being said!!  i have temporarily moved any activity over to twitter so you can catch me over there: grvmpygills

landfill fodder:  okay!! so, i’m putting a longer explanation under a cut to save up space, but a short little update for here!!  

the laredo trip went longer than expected; we got back yesterday.  i now have a day ‘n a half to prepare for fall semester which starts monday.   as this is the first week back to classes, i’ll still be pretty inactive here, however! i have at least two hours between classes so i may get some stuff done then.

will return to your regular schedule after this week!!  in the meantime catch me over on my oc ( @iimpetu ) as muse for her doesn’t tend to lag as it does with others.

UPDATE: Semi-Hiatus 9/3

landfill fodder:  okay!! so, i’m putting a longer explanation under a cut to save up space, but a short little update for here!!  

the laredo trip went longer than expected; we got back yesterday.  i now have a day ‘n a half to prepare for fall semester which starts monday.   as this is the first week back to classes, i’ll still be pretty inactive here, however! i have at least two hours between classes so i may get some stuff done then.

will return to your regular schedule after this week!!  in the meantime catch me over on my oc ( @iimpetu ) as muse for her doesn’t tend to lag as it does with others.

and now for the slightly longer version of the update!!

as i said last week, we had to go on an unexpected trip down to laredo.  after a fall off a ladder (trying to cut plantains in the backyard), my grandma ended up breaking bones in her hand, her wrist, her forearm, and dislocated her elbow.   she had surgery the morning we left, and is now doing better!!    we went to help her with day to day chores, and also to help take care of my grandpa since the woman who helps her was also injured (she, too, is doing better now).  between helping out and unreliable wi-fi i wasn’t able to get on here as much as i first thought i could.

now with school!! i’m cutting it pretty close with getting ready for this next semester as it starts monday ri p.  hardly any time at all to truly relax around here.  since it’s the first week back, i want to make sure i get all settled before i officially come back to marlin’s blog.  though now that the semester is starting activity will still probably suffer.  i’m hoping once i’m in the swing of things i can find a regular schedule again.

i will have plenty of time between classes during the day to get to some things this week!  if anything else i will have my queue running.  those starters that i owe will be placed in there!

anyways, i hope y’all can continue to be patient with me!!  i really do want to get to things, but we all know how life can get.

so keeping up with the tradition of interfering with my plans to actually be active.... we found out last night that my grandma broke her wrist after falling off a ladder so we packed up this morning and we're currently on the way to Laredo. chances of us being there for the full two weeks I have off are very high. wi-fi isn't the best at my grandma's so I'm going to say for the next two weeks I'm going on a semi-hiatus. if I get a chance to do anything it will most likely be at night.

Alright, folks, as much as it pains me to do this I’m putting all my blogs on a hiatus until the 15th.  As I mentioned earlier this week I’ve been pretty swamped with school since the summer semester is wrapping up now.   I have one last essay to write, and I have two last tests including my final for algebra.

For the next two weeks you can find me on my personal ( @bardicanomaly ), on twitter ( grvmpygills ), and on skype/kik ( both nymbulous )!  If you add me on skype/kik just let me know who you are!  I won’t be checking in here during the time so I wont be tempted to come back early.
