Seriously, the bear’s ‘concerned’ look is an illusion caused by the separation of the two fur tones in the lineart, making you think there are eyebrows there implying a concerned face. (image 2) Move the eyebrows around and you get angry, skeptical, surprised, and (my personal favorite) ~uguu. Its not the bear’s actual expression any more than Grumpy Cat is actually grumpy.
