MY ONLINE LEARNING EXPERIENCE AT BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIF – PRESIDENT UNIVERSITY

Hello everyone, my name is Gerald Alzaidan Gregory Satrio But you can call me Gerald or Ge:).I was born in 3rd February 2001 so I am 19 years old now. After I gratuated from SMAN 2 Bukittinggi on 1st July 2019 I countinued to President University and I choose Business Administration to be my major. I want something new and which makes me challenged, but almost everything is sport and music. But you can talk with me anything you want, Because I love when people is smiling, Maybe I already spend a lot of time in playing Basketball and Football, But I got a Tropy more on Basketball. My goal is to be a person that always been needeed by everyone that is why I have to be a success person, if I can describe myself it would be I am a Multi Talented person because if you Challenged me with anything I will do it if it's Takes a lot of time. I choose Business Administration because i want to be a Business Man, Why? cuz almost everything now is been taken by Business , I want to tell that everyone have a chance to reach their dreams, and it cannot be bought by money. So I really want to be a Business Man that can help a lot of people. I choose President University Because I know President University will help me get what I want, and because of using 100% english. It's help me a lot if I can speak english everyday. So President University is a bridge to achieve my goals, that is why I choose.

In my 1st semester in Business Administration major, I have 6 subjects that I learn my 1st semester in Business Administration major, I have 6 Subjects that I learn. First is Statistics, Problem Solving, and Decision Making (SPSDM) for Business Practitioners every Monday at 14.40 WIB. In this course, I learn about Basic Statistics Concepts and builds Knowledge about Statistics and Decision Analysis. Second is Emotional Intelligence (EI) every Tuesday at 07.30 WIB. In this course, I learn about the Ability to understand, use, and manage our own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict. The Third is Human Capital Management (HCM) and Career Preparation every Tuesday at 14.30 WIB. In this course, I learn about The Concept and Practices of Human Resources Management (HRM), and it Evolves into the Concept and Practices of Human Capital Management (HCM). Forth is Principles of Accounting every Wednesday at 07.30 WIB. In this course, I learn the basics of Accounting. The Fifth is Digital Literacy and Communication (DLC) for Business Practitioners every Wednesday at 14.30 WIB. In this course, I learn about Common Digital technologies (Computer and The Internet) and How to Use Them as Modern Digital Communication Tools and Media. Sixth is Integrative Survival Experience (ISE) for Business Practitioners every Thursday at 07.30 WIB. In this course, I learn about Steps to Built a Business like making Business Idea, Business Plan, and others. From the 6 Subject the one that I Loved it so much is ISE, Because “Happiness depends on ourselves,” and believed that happiness was the ultimate goal of human existence Rather than viewing happiness as something that you might experience after passing a test, or while out having fun with friends, And thought happiness was a measure of your entire life, and how well you had lived it. I thought that happiness was an end goal, not just a momentary feeling. I believed that all of the following were important when trying to achieve happiness( Health Money Friendships Relationships Knowledge). For me the advantage of online learning is competency enhancement can be carried out and aligned effectively with creativity and innovation so as to provide value to the organization,the competency development process can be done in a relatively shorter time and in a larger amount, and E-learning activities can be carried out anywhere as long as they have access and connection with sources of knowledge as well as directly or indirectly and can display multimedia forms or not. Of course there is the Disadvantage, The drawback maybe from myself, I feel bored and lonely more quickly because I can not meet friends and Lectures, I hated been lonely because we human we need others to make we feel better.

For next semester, maybe I will still choose Online Learning because now the condition is getting better and better, so I don't want to take a risks, even though in my heart I really want to go offline Learning because of course if we are offline we will develop more in any field, and to achieve my dreams, offline Learning is really needed, and even though I haven't met my friends and lecturers, I already feel a very deep sense of longing. We all hoped that our world will be better soon, and that is why we as human have to be a better person to, stay at home stay healthy stay strong and make our world healthier and safer than ever.That is all from me, I hope you understand about my Online Learning Experience.
