The notion of not staring too long into the abyss, for fear of it staring back, has proven to hold true in ways I had not fully appreciated before. I am increasingly concerned that Greenview Pass may have an unseen influence on our world. It seems that this place is somehow aware of my presence and disapproves of outsiders peering into its secrets.

According to my phone it is now early November, for the sake of posterity allow me a moment to explain that at the time of this entry I had exited the Void Reality not but 3 days ago. Somehow I traveled months ahead of my entry date.

For those unfamiliar with Greenview Pass, entrances and exits are rare and unpredictable. Before venturing in, I always ensure I have ample supplies, as finding an exit can be a challenging endeavor. Fortunately, I recently discovered an exit and captured it on camera, although the quality of the image is quite poor.

Please observe the unusual road and void-like surroundings in the photograph. Greenview Pass attempts to mimic our reality, but occasionally fails, resulting in anomalies that signal the presence of an entrance or exit. Any deviations, such as discolored bricks or strange markings, are indicators of reality destabilizing within the Pass.

I believe there may be an issue with my GPS, as it seems to be providing inaccurate information regarding my current location. The surroundings do not match the coordinates shown, and I have been driving for an extended period of time without encountering any signs of civilization.

Visibility is limited, with only sporadic streetlights illuminating the road ahead. I am starting to doubt whether I have truly exited the Pass or if I am still within its confines.

Luckily, I have a small camper that provides comfort during situations like this. While it is not designed for off-road terrain, my Westfalia is a valuable asset for my lifestyle. Despite the chilly weather, I plan to stop and rest in my vehicle for the night. By morning, I hope to have a clearer understanding of my surroundings and can continue my journey refreshed.

This situation is quite puzzling, as my phone indicates that a day has elapsed, despite the darkness outside. Nonetheless, I feel as though I have rested for a significant period, enough to continue my journey.

It strikes me as unusual that there is no traffic on this road, nor have I encountered any individuals or animals. It almost makes me question my sanity.

Where am I? Am I still trapped within Greenview Pass? This can't be right. Was I wrong about the exit? I need to calm down, I should eat.

I don't know which is worse, the feeling that at any moment I may spot an Entity stalking my car; or the fact I've not seen nor heard any other living thing for hours. If I'm truly still within the Pass surely I should have seen something by now. I've observed several various species of Entity that actively roam the Pass on a near daily basis. This is absurd.

I found the end of the road, I feel a presence watching me from out of view. I fear the Pass itself has become aware of me, it's illogical to believe such things; the Pass is not sentient. My body feels a need to run, yet I do not know where I could run to. I need to press onward, I cannot logically be trapped within the Pass. I found the exit, I made it through in time; I must have.

I apologize for the lack of professionalism in my previous entries today. As a scientist, I strive to maintain a sense of stoicism. However, my emotions are getting the better of me in this situation. My fear is beginning to align with my logic, and I am concerned about what may come next.

I am currently experiencing a shortage of provisions, with limited water reserves for the next week. Additionally, my location is unknown to me at this time. Thus, it may be necessary for me to head back the way I came. Based on past observations, I suspect that the exit may be closed and the route may have returned to its original state.

I have arrived at a populated area! After what seemed like an extensive period of driving, I am grateful to be back in civilization. The sight of houses, cars, and lights is reassuring, even though I am not sure of my exact location. Tomorrow morning, I plan to locate a grocery store to replenish my supplies. The feeling of relief I am currently experiencing is difficult to put into words. Earlier, I was beginning to feel overwhelmed by irrational thoughts, but I believe I am now able to regain a sense of calm.

The Void Reality

One thing that I had not previously realized about Greenview Pass became apparent during a recent return visit: the location has a unique characteristic of constant movement and transformation. Entire forests, buildings, and lakes seem to disappear and reappear in different areas. This dynamic environment can pose challenges when seeking shelter, however, I have noticed that, much like my experiences with the Entity known as The House, most elements tend to shift between specific locations. By identifying and tracking these locations, I can gain a better understanding of my surroundings, though the need to conduct a thorough survey of the area during each visit can be burdensome. I have arranged for trail cameras to capture images at designated times. If my interpretation is accurate, I anticipate obtaining clear photographs of different locations. This data will enable me to enhance my understanding of the movement patterns and potential factors contributing to this unusual behavior.

I acknowledge that the information I have gathered may not align entirely with my expectations. While the majority of the images returned were clear, there are a few that are ambiguous and difficult to interpret. Considering that these images were taken around the time I expected movement, I am prompted to question whether what I have uncovered represents a transitional or intermediate stage of movement. Additional research is required for me to reach a definitive conclusion.

I am uncertain about the rationality of my thoughts, as my perspective may have been influenced by this place. However, I have observed images that appear to depict a void between dimensions. I have come to acknowledge the existence of a realm beyond our familiar reality, and the revelation of a third reality raises further inquiries. Ultimately, I am curious to know if this realm is accessible for humans.

I pride myself on being a dedicated scientist and conduct myself accordingly. While I have only studied plant life, lakes, and buildings in the void reality, I have not observed any negative effects on plant life. It is plausible that other forms of life would also remain unharmed, but I lack the evidence to confirm this hypothesis. It would be unwise to venture into the void reality without further data. However, considering all possibilities, could I have already traversed the void without my knowledge during my time in Greenview Pass? I have spent significant time in close proximity to the forests, lakes, and buildings in the area. Would I be aware of any experience in the void reality, or could I be unknowingly affected by it?

I have decided to stay overnight in one of the moving structures, and if I make it through the night, I will provide a detailed account of my experience.

I have successfully returned from my exploration of an alternative dimension, which I have tentatively identified as the void reality. I believe it is currently June 6th, although my experience has left me uncertain about the passage of time. Thanks to my determination and fueled by coffee, I was able to navigate through the void and make some intriguing discoveries.

The void realm presents unique characteristics, such as altered behavior of light and unfamiliar architecture. During my exploration, I encountered a mysterious sphere emitting a high-pitched noise, the purpose of which remains unknown to me. The labyrinthine complex within the void was unlike anything I have seen in the surroundings of Greenview Pass. The structures, including towering pillars and water-covered surfaces, displayed a level of complexity that piqued my curiosity.

Despite the unnerving atmosphere and the challenge of returning to our plain, I am eager to further investigate the void realm. However, I must take caution and adequately prepare for any future expeditions.

As I reflect on my experience and record these observations, I am aware of the changing weather outside, snow indicates a significant temporal disparity while traveling between the two realms. Further research and exploration will be required to fully understand the mysteries of the void reality and its implications.

Blood bark

Limited food resources in the remote location of Greenview Pass necessitate careful planning and preparation. With infrequent access in and out of the area, I make sure to stock up on supplies prior to my arrival. Unfortunately, I consumed the last of my provisions three days ago, prompting me to venture into the forest in search of natural sustenance. Despite my initial hesitations, I was able to catch a squirrel and several rabbits for food.

During my attempts to start a fire for cooking, I made an unexpected discovery while gathering wood. Upon cutting into a nearby tree, I encountered a peculiar red liquid that quickly corroded my axe. Although I initially found the resemblance to blood disconcerting, I theorize that this substance is a unique form of tree sap with unusual chemical properties. Its ability to rapidly degrade metal and its atypical viscosity intrigue me.

Fog

I find the way the fog envelops the hills of Greenview Pass to be quite intriguing. It has come to my attention that this area is full of unexpected surprises. The fog seems almost like a living entity, and venturing into it can result in hearing unusual sounds and movement. Although I cannot pinpoint the source of these noises, I do not believe they are solely caused by the fog itself. Initially, I was apprehensive of the fog, but over time I have grown accustomed to it. This phenomenon exemplifies the nature of fear – once we become familiar with something, its power to intimidate diminishes significantly.

I believe there may be a presence in the fog, potentially an Entity utilizing the fog as a means of concealment for movement. While the fog is not always present, it is a frequent and reliable occurrence in this area. Some individuals may perceive these Entities as supernatural or monstrous. Initially, I held similar beliefs when first navigating this environment. However, I have since come to interpret them as more ordinary beings. After all, what distinguishes an animal from a monster other than a name? By approaching the Entities with a logical mindset, I have deduced that they likely operate within a food chain and ecosystem. It stands to reason that entities categorized as "prey" would seek shelter from their predators. Thus, I posit that those hidden in the fog likely utilize it as a defense mechanism, potentially finding safety in its cover. Studying nature can provide valuable insights and lessons.

The House

Located on the outskirts of Greenview Pass is a certain structure that I have identified as The House. One distinctive feature of The House is a single bright light emanating from within. Exposure to this light can lead to severe nausea, fatigue, and minor bleeding from the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth, along with a tingling sensation in the limbs. Further examination suggests that this sensation may be due to rapid muscle degeneration. Below is a comprehensive log containing all pertinent information regarding The House.

I attempted to approach The House using a protective covering to shield myself from the light. Although unsuccessful, I did make an intriguing discovery. It appears that direct contact with the light is what causes harm, while observing it from a safe distance is harmless. Therefore, it may be possible for me to safely observe The House as long as I avoid direct exposure to the light.

Today, I observed music emanating from The House, characterized by a vintage and aged quality. It appears to be playing from either an old record player or radio. More information is required to analyze this phenomenon accurately. This is the first instance of sound coming from The House; could there be a presence residing there? If so, how do its occupants evade the light?

I have discovered two specific locations where The House appears to transition between. In an effort to understand its method of movement, I have deployed trail cameras at these sites. The transition between locations appears to occur almost instantaneously, with The House appearing to blink from one location to the next. Notably, there is a discrepancy in the lighting intensity between the two locations, which may present an opportunity for closer observation.

I have successfully made progress in my pursuit to access The House. Despite being able to approach closely enough to touch its door, I have encountered a setback as all potential entry points appear to be locked. There are no visible keyholes, making picking the lock an impractical strategy. I have, however, managed to ascertain the overall layout of The House, noting that it consists of a single room with doors on either side. The source of the mysterious music that can be heard within continues to puzzle me.

This phenomenon remains puzzling to me, as it appears that there are two distinct states of The House that it alternates between. When approaching The House in low lighting conditions, I have observed a window. Peering inside, the room appears vacant except for a few pictures displayed on the walls, giving it an abandoned appearance. A single light fixture is suspended in the center of the room. On the contrary, it is challenging to approach The House in brighter lighting conditions, although I have noticed that all exterior walls are solid with no visible windows.

The House was not found in its anticipated locations today. Given that I am unaware of all possible destinations it may have traveled to, it is unclear if it has disappeared entirely or simply concealed itself in an unfamiliar location. In light of this, if it does not reappear promptly, I may initiate a search for it. The sudden absence of Entities such as this causes me some concern, as they typically do not vanish in this manner.

Today is a productive day as The House has reappeared in its usual location. Recognizing the potential for its disappearance once more, I took the opportunity to make another entry. Surprisingly, the door was unlocked, which was a notable and positive development. I was successful in capturing a photograph of the interior, which includes a hanging light fixture and the mentioned pictures from previous entries. Despite its abandoned and unassuming appearance, I remain intrigued by the fascinating nature of this Entity.

While I acknowledge the potential hazards, I am compelled to proceed with entering The House while there is ample light. I am aware that The House may exist in multiple states of being, and I have managed to capture documentation of one of them. I am currently making the necessary preparations, although I am cognizant that my mental resilience will be put to the test. I find the Entities intriguing as they exist beyond our conventional reality. Despite my admiration for them, I cannot deny that they evoke a sense of fear within me.
