Roasted cherry tomato pasta
You’ll need:
Two punnets of cherry tomatoes
Linguine pasta for 4 people
1/2 cup packed with basil, chopped
4 cups water
Massel chicken stock cube (this is vegan!!)
2/3 cup white wine
1 tbsp vegan butter
small hand full fresh basil, chopped
2 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Put the cherry tomatoes in the oven at 230C until the skin has broken and there are a few dark spots. While those are cooking, place pasta, water, stock and wine in a pan and cook until the pasta is soft and the liquid has evaporated (if the liquid is all gone before the pasta is cooked, just keep adding a little water until the pasta is cooked). Once the pasta and tomatoes are cooked, combine them in the pan with 1/2 cup basil, vegan butter and garlic and stir through. Serve with chopped fresh, salt and pepper.

Sun dried tomato pasta
You’ll need:
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
1 cup semi dried tomatoes, partially drained, diced
2 tbsp tomato paste
3/4 cup red wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Pasta for 4
Method:
Cook pasta. While thats cooking, place onion, garlic and semi dried tomatoes in a pan and cook until onion is translucent. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan and add the tomato paste and red wine, cook for an extra 7 minutes until everything is combined, add salt and pepper to taste.

SALT AND VINEGAR THICK CUT HOT CHIPS!
You’ll need:
10 Kipfler potatoes, sliced thin and wide
2/3 cup olive oil
3 cups of white vinegar
1 cup of water
METHOD:
Heat oven to 230c. Place sliced potatoes into a pot with vinegar and water, add more vinegar if the potatoes are totally immersed. Boil until they are fork soft. Take them out of the pot and dab them dry, then place onto trays lined with baking paper, brush each side generiously with olive oil and salt- make sure none of them are touching on the tray. Put them in the oven until the tops start the bubble slightly and are lightly golden, flip them, brush again with olive oil and then leave then in the oven until golden and crisp. Take them out of the oven and leave them on the tray to cool and crisp up further for 5 minutes- it’s important you don’t immediately transfer them to a bowl or a plate as they can soggy if you do this.

Wow! Sorry for being so inactive for so long! I’m back now, and I’ve got a bunch of my very own recipes to share with you, and I’m going to do my best to keep creating and sharing delicious food with you. 
PITA BREAD POCKET!
KEBAB “MEAT”:
1 tsp olive oil
1 packet Alt Meat company Beef
1 tbsp Harisa spices
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1 1/2 cups diced canned tomatoes
2 garlic gloves
TZATZIKI:
1 cup coconut yoghurt
2tsp vinegar
2 cloves garlic
Half cup shredded cucumber
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp packed dill
PITA POCKET:
2 large pita pockets, halved
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup parsley
3 large handfuls of washed mixed lettuce.
METHOD:
Heat a pan at medium heat with the oil in it until the oil is bubbling, add all the kebab meat ingredients and cook for 15 minutes, lightly stirring occasionally. While thats cooking, place the pita pockets in the oven at 150 degrees celcius for 5 minutes, or until warm but not crispy.
In a bowl, mix together all the tzatziki ingredients.
Once the pita bread is warm and the kebab meat is cooked, place all the pita pocket ingredients, the kebab meat and the tzatziki into the warm pita pockets and enjoy :)

I don’t really want my relationship to be like romantic as fuck all the time. Like yo I need a girl that’s gonna surprise attack me with water guns or lay around in the same pair of our pajamas we’ve worn the past three days eating pizza and playing grand theft auto. Don’t get me wrong the romantic shit is nice but I enjoy being weird and wild together too.
