The vote's still going, but this is pretty close to unanimous, so I've gone ahead and added the Redemption Brackets to the bracket! (They can be easily removed if the vote changes, however!)

As a last note for the Redemption Brackets, even if the polls are outside of the initial percentages I'd been consider, I'll be checking tags to see what the most anticipated second-chances would be (looking at you with the standings so far, King!), as well as taking nominations in the ask box. There will be a total of 8 slots, with 4 Redemption rounds running alongside Round 2.

Additionally, after some (completely fair) criticism of certain match-ups feeling like they ought to go later in the bracket, I've shuffled around a couple of the match-ups that haven't posted yet to try to balance that. Thank you to everybody giving input and your all's patience with me while I make these adjustments!

Hey all! I've been watching the progress on the polls, and while everything's going really solidly so far, I've realized that this being the first tournament I've run is showing through a little. I'd tried to adjust the randomization so we didn't get any minor NPCs totally decimated by major ones, but I might've gone a little far in the opposite direction, putting some of the more intense match-ups too early!

With that in mind, I've been considering adding Redemption Brackets to later rounds of the tournament! The idea is to add an offshoot couple of rounds to Round 3, where the most intensely-matched characters (looking at number of votes + how close the match was) that lost out in Round 1 get one last chance to stay in it.

Is that something people would be interested in? I've put a shorter poll below to gauge interest, and if yes, I'll adjust the bracket to include slots for those extra rounds tomorrow!
