WHAT IS HAPPENING IN PERU?

Guys, I don’t know if you have read or watched in the news but the floods - the worst in almost 30 years - have affected over half my country.   

Over the past three days, the downpour has burst river banks, created mudslides, collapsed bridges, closed roads and forced school suspensions in swaths of the west and north of Peru.

THE NUMBERS

The death toll since the beginning of the year hit 72. 

62,642 victims.

170 injured and counting.

11 people missing and counting.

115,748 houses affected, which 7,974 of them have colapse and 7,925 are unhinhabitable.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

There are shortages of food, water, and summer clothing, so many people have lost so much.

sometimes i remember that hawkeye is canonically deaf in the comics and the mcu erased his disability. that they ignored his abusive childhood and gave him a family - erasing his attachment issues. in the comics hes this self-destructive goofy disabled depressed guy who drinks coffee by the pot just to stay awake and is always covered head to toe in band-aids. sometimes i remember that the mcu erased everything about clint barton but the bow and arrow. and it ruins my whole day.
