Invest In Your Self Every Day
Everyday we have the choice to work on ourselves,
from the moment we wake up till we go to sleep
it doesn't matter if you work sun up to sun down, doubles, or the graveyard shift.
there are small changes to be made that can add up
add an extra glass of water in the day, change your tooth paste/deoderant/body wash/shampoo, eat an extra piece of fruit, take a hot shower and rinse of with cold water at the end, take a deep breathe a couple of times a day, take a moment close your eyes and lean your head back on your lunch break.
read a verse out the Tao Te Ching, I Ching, Meditations, or Gita
write your goals for the day, the week, the year,
plan your business
build your empire
invest in yourself

Rule #3
If you cheat, you only cheat yourself
You might hit a PR of a quarter squat but thats not making you stronger coming out the hole
If numbers are all you care about, go for it, boost your ego, use that as fuel to get better in every area
but if you want to move better, you gotta hit your training from every angle.
Work on your ATG squats, parallel, narrow stance, sumo stance, trap bar deadlift, conventional deadlift, double overhand grip, front squat with the bar on your fingers, sprint until you can't move, use as much energy as you got to give to become the strongest version of yourself.
If you want to run your life, you gotta exert as much force as you have,

Routine is deadly
Switch it up
If you find a program you like,, perfect
but remember
if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you
If you want to be better than you were yesterday
become comfortable being uncomfortable
try new things, always, no matter how old you get
become adaptive
your body is the result of thousands of years of adaptation,
if you do the exact same thing all day every day
you are doing yourself, and your gene pool a disservice
Become good at your program, then switch it up
continually challenge yourself

Rule #2
If you want to get better, bigger, faster, stronger
You gotta put in work
do as much as you can
the SAID Principle
Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demand
If you want to get better, you have to do better.
If you want to run fast,,,, You have to run fasttttt
You can't jog and expect to beat Usain Bolt.
If you want to get strong, you have to lift heavy
you can't do light weight high reps and expect to fight Dos Santos
If you want to move well, you can't do quarter squats or use a tread mill,
You have to go Ass to Grass and use a track or a trail
if you don't,
you going to hit a wall
and you won't like that wall.

Power
it can gained or loss
by every action
you can either take control of your life, or give it up.
you can sit around doing nothing,
or you can work on creating a better life.
you can listen to the advice of people who know nothing,
or you can find out for yourself.
Remember Power is strength applied quickly
don't give your power up
use it

Rule #1
If you are invested in your health, fitness, or performance Start with water
shoot for a bottle or cup more than you are used too,
anytime you notice your mouth is dry drink some more
don't over do it
don't go from one bottle a day to a gallon in a day,
ease your way in,
shoot for 3 liters a day,
the guidelines say I should drink between 36oz and 72oz a day
thats between 1 and 2 liters, whoever decided that must’ve been a genius...
when im on my water game I drink a gallon and a half of water by 3pm thats more like 200oz a day.
I drink my body weight in water twice a month.
