It's not worth it anymore.

Getting involved in the critical comunity drama, seeing videos critisizing the show, seeing anti/critical posts on my feed. It's just not worth it anymore, it makes me feel miserabale. Seeing paralels I don't want to see, feeling like I'm as bad as Viv just because I have a lot of ocs and imperfect writing, feeling bad for creating stuff due to being inspired by the hellaverse, be it Aus or Ocs. It's just not worth it anymore.

In the past I unfollowed the majority of critical people I didn't want to get involved with anymore, as well as fandom artsts. Now, I feel like I have to unfollow everyone, regardless of me liking them or not, for my own mental health. I'll send this to the people I still follow and care about,post this in the comunities that are important to me. Maybe one day I will return and I'll feel better. but Fans criticals and Antis have...drained my positive energy.

Sometimes it's better to just let go, and do what makes you happy.

I don't know what I will do with @goereconresort If I will even continue with it or not. I don't know. I need time to think, to process stuff, to change and grow as a person.

Like, in my rewrite the majority of the main cast wears green, not because it takes place in the Garden of Eden, but because it's the color of the uniforms of the resort. The workers wear green because it's in their uniform, the ones staying at the resort wear other colors, the villains/antagonists wear other colors

I’ll never understand “it’s hell of course everythings red” because like sure that makes sense for the natural environment but like why do the characters wear red? why is their furniture and buildings red? did satan force a dress code??

Like earth is known for being green and blue, do you see all of us walking around in just green blue clothes? the human sinners in the show dont do that either

Katherine Goodman

Katherine "Kat" Goodman - Resort Phsycologist

Katherine Goodman is a Cambion that has been living as a human for her entire life, unaware of her demonic nature. Due to being the first of her kind, God was unaware of what to do with her at first, not being demon enough to enter the void demons were sent to, yet not human enough for her soul to ascend once she died. Thus she was stuck on Earth, dying and reincarnating over and over again, until God brought her to Eden.

In her most recent life, Katherine had been a psychologyst at her state's prision, thus making her a good candidate in god's eyes to deal with the violent creatures of the garden and the conflict taking place.

At first unaware of her past lifes, Kat asks herself what she is doing at the garden, questioning why someone like herself had been chosen to be there. She doesn't fully believe in her capacities to stop a full fledged war, but tries her best to help those who end up at the resort. She finds a strong support in Vanya, the resort manager, who which she quilckly forms a friendship that may lead to more.

She confides in the majority of the staff of the resort as a family of sorts, since so far they have been the only ones to not treat her with some sort of hostility. She finds Cervus to be an odd fellow thoug and is slightly distrustful of him. Having dealt with problematic people on her past it isn't hard for her to see he is hiding something. Then again she gets the same feeling from Vanya sometimes, so she tries to not think to hard about it. Everyone has things they would rather keep private, and she won't pry about it. After all as a Psychologist she is aware that trust is needed to disscus most private affairs, hell, she knows that firsthand.

Due to an accident she had as a child, her hands, as well as the majority of her arms and back have severe burn scars, which is why she prefers to wear long sleeves clothes and gloves that she never takes off in the presence of other people.

About reconciliation resort? What kind of activities did it provide to guests of the said resort?

Hi thanks for your interest! The resort offers great room service and meals, as well as a bar area and a pool, a spa zone to relax and a game area for tablegames and sports.

We also offer many services for the mental health and wellbeing of our residents, such as individual and group therapy sesions, rehabilitation for any phisical damage our guest might be under and seminars and programs where we discuss different issues, allowing our guests to speak their minds about different topics, with the objective to find collective solutions to issues that might rise up.

Overall we try to make our resort a wellcoming and acomodating place to our guests, regadless of their origin or views on life. This doesn't mean we don't have security policies of course, if there''s any issues with our visitors we will discuss it with them and, if deemed necesary by a majority of the staff and guests they will have to leave the premises. Wellcome to Eden!

[ This is a rewrite/reimagine of Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss which contains Original characters and concepts inspired (yet vey different) from the original shows. This story is also loosley inspired by christian theology and demonology, some concepts of it will be used however keep in mind this is NOT meant to be accurate to said religions (Or any existing religion, for that matter). It's a fully original reinterpretation of such concepts and it's NOT meant to represent it accurately. If you're looking for a realistic interpretation of Hell, Heaven, Eden and It's story, I recomend searching for other rewrites. If you want to see a fun non accurate story with some vague concepts in it, I fully invite you to stay though! ]

What is the story about?

After demons were vanished to eternal darkness and Adam and Eve were kicked out of Eden, a conflict began in the garden between the many creatures that inhabited it.

Some, desperate for the demons to return to the garden, as they once provided guidance and aid to the many inhabitants of the garden, began a revolution, calling themselves "sinners" they used violence to claim territory of Eden on behalf of the demons until they could return, blaiming the whole situation on humans.

On the other hand, animals and plants who saw the chaos the demons brought, decided to fight back against the sinners conquering, claiming god's view and exile of the demons to be the correct decission. They called themselves the Glorified.

The conflict went on for many centuries, turning the once peaceful Garden of Eden into a Warzone. To stop this Vanya, a moth who saw injustice created the "Reconciliation Resort" a safe area where the inhabitants of Eden could take refuge in, and a place where she aimed to find a resolution to the issue. The plot itself however, doesn't begin until God itself brings Katherine, a Cambion into play. Being the daughter of the Demon and the Humans that caused this whole issue in the first place, it's up to her to solve the issue and define the future of Eden, as a place that wellcomes everyone, as it once did, all while facing discrimination from both sides of the conflict.

Redesigns Updates!

I am not going to post the Hell Representatives quite yet. Why? because I've grown deeply unstatisfied with the redesigns of the main cast, and I would rather have a good solid design for the main cast before going onto secondary characters. It might be a bit of a bummer for you all but, I think it will be more benefitial in the long run.

Also expect species and name changes for the majority of the cast. I'm sorry but, I can't work well with what canon gives me so I will make up most of the stuff based on what I feel would look nicer. That's it, update over <3

THIS! Like my reimagine/retelling is so vastly diferent to cannon It just feels like most of the characters don't fit well into what I have planned. It's why I havent posted the overlords redesigns, cause I keep looking at them and my brain goes "Yeah this shit does not work" I look at the characters I already have redesigned and my brain goes "This doesn't work either" Like having Angeldust as a spider does NOT work with my retelling, he should be a Jackalope.

Or I look at vox and my brain is like "Yeah, jellyfish"

The names also don't work and I'm planning on changing them like i did with Vaggie (now Vanya) and UGHH.

This reimagine is so hard when you have to work with canon,,,

Because of the state of reimagining an established property, (Hazbin Hotel) I find myself torn between different ideas, different concepts, AUs at this point, and I want to note that I will likely have multiple designs for some characters. Some designs will be made with the canon writing in mind, such as Alastor and Lucifer, but have completely different designs on the side for the story as I would write it.

For example, Vivienne Madrano claims that Alastor is half black French Creole, and yet draws him ghostly pale without a hint of black features. It feels tacked on. This can drive a lot of folks, such of myself, to seek to rectify that by designing a version of the Radio Demon as being more visibly black. That seems fine on its own, but within the actual canon of the show, Vivienne making a character that she says to be black while also writing him to be a cannibal that practices a closed black religion is incredibly problematic and racist. While drawing black characters is fun and I won’t criticize anyone who draws Alastor as black in any degree, I think that it would be best to diverge from Vivziepop’s “canon” and to keep these things in consideration in any rewrites or overhauls.

As for Lucifer, there are many different things I would like to play around with, evil Lucifer being one of them. I have a design for Lucifer as-written, but I need to make a more evil design for my rewrite. Alastor also has a design I’ve made that I am quite fond of, but for the sake of the writing, I am going to have to make an alternate design for him to evade Vivienne’s dogshit writing. I like it when people make him more retro and uncanny so I will likely play with that. Maybe his sinner form will be more human while his demonic form will be more deer. We will see. I also want to play with Lucifer designs that reference Asgore from Undertale, as they have bear some similarities and it will be fun approaching Lucifer from a more monstrous angle.

Hells representatives WIP

I still haven't finished the designs, but I have some general lore about them I want to share. I will probably erase this post and add the info on it to the one with the designs once I have them ready, but for now you get this! The Hell Representatives (AKA Overlords) are a selective set of animals that have sworn loyalty to one of the Seven deadly sins. Their main goal is to spread the influence of said sins through the garden and to other animals, since the sins themselves cannot acces Eden. They collect animals souls, which go directly to the sins they work under and gives them power. In return they obtain a fraction of said power. To ensure the representatives follow their sin, they have the sigil of the demon representing each sin Burned into their skin somewhere, this shows the sin "Ownership" of the representative. There are currently Seven Hell representatives, one per sin, but there used to be nine, which included the sins of Acedia and Vainglory. However the representatives vanished and the sins lost all their power leaving them to be forgotten.

Meet the Cast (Part 1)

Now I'm not 100% sold on the designs, so there might be changes, but this was my first attempt at redesigning the Hazbin cast so yeah. Charlie: Charlie is a Nephilin that has been living as a human, unaware of her true nature and abilities. Due to her being the daughter of a Fallen angel, and very important human her fate was heavily considered. In the end it was decided a being of her nature would never enter the heavens or hell, and instead would be reincarnated every time she dies, trapped on Earth. That was until God itself decided she would be needed by her long history of resolving conflicts on earth to solve the Heaven and Hell dispute over the garden of Eden. Vanya: Vanya was the first one to come with the idea of the Reconciliation Resort, she is a Hybrid Lunar Moth fed up with Hell's and Heaven's conflict. She is strict, serious and profesional, and as well as managing the resort she also acts as Charlies guide to the now tainted paradise. She also has... unresolved family issues she sort of wishes to manage through the resort.

Angel Dust: Angel Dust is a Golden Orb Weaver on the side of Hell. He likes to party, dance, dress up, have fun, and overal do things his father would disaprove of. He ends up becomings the Resort's first resident after a conflict with his lover. Sure, with his charm and charisma he could have stayed anywhere in the Hell distric but, when you're trying to run away from someone who'se face is all over the area, it's not exactly the best idea to stay in said area.

Alastor: Alastor is a red deer and a misteryous and silent fellow. Always with an eerie smile plastered on his face, Alastor only speaks when necesary, his voice distorted by his microphone. No one knows what side of the conflict he really is, his use of hellish technology would suggest hell, but his overal prode and polite attitude suggests the oposite. A mistery to be unraveled and the Resort's newest Front Desk Recepcionist.

Nifty: Nifty is a blue beetle, firmly on heavens side until meeting Alastor. She has OCD and can't stand dust or dirtyness of any kind. Speaking of any kind, she feels like all hell aligned animals are a pest that should be exterminated. But of course a nice lady never acts on this thoughts, so she constantly bites her lip to avoid being crude. She is the resort's cleaning lady!

Husk: Husk is a Manticore, a being from paradise that wasn't even allowed to inhabit earth. because of this he holds resentment towards humans, angels and god itself. He was a powerfull hell representative until he met Alastor and lost all his power to him. Now he works at the resort against his will in the bar section. He has a strong hatred for Nifty for her views, but after years of working with her because of Alastor, she might be the creature he trusts most out of everybody.

Sir Pentious: After Eve ate the forbidden fruit and brought chaos and evil to the world, snakes were...not very aprreciated in eden, since that was the disguse Lucifer used to taint the human. Pushed away to a every limited area Sir Pentious was fed with the situation, and began figthing tooth and nail with both hell aligned animals and representatives as well as heaven's. His goal is to retun the garden to the animal kingdom, and for his brothers and sisters to be free to roam the land again. A Noble intention, but not the best methodology. He becomes the resort second resident after trying to attack it and failing. Getting healed from his injuries and being explained that the goal of the resort is to find a resolutio to the issue that benefitted everyone, he decides to stay as the self proclaimed "representative of the neutral party"
