I know it's none of my business, but as a reader, I beg you to put at least SOMETHING in there, even if it's very subtle, that you'd only notice if you really paid attention, but please, ANYTHING that lets us know there's no happy ending, because I've fallen for this trap so many times over the years and it's NOT something you can just get over.

say i am writing a fic. the fic has a MCD death scene but if i put in an archive warning it will be very obvious who dies and if i dont, well thats just plain wrong. instead of using the MCD archive warning, can i simply use the "creator chose not to use archive warnings" warning and then put a MCD tag within the tags?
