Trump is appointing three washed-up actors as "ambassador to Hollywood" in order to bring back the "Golden Age of Hollywood". Which has historical precedent: there was an ambassador to Hollywood in the Golden Age, too. His name was Georg Gyssling and he was sent by Hitler to monitor the activities of Hollywood studios. To make sure their films didn't say anything anti-Nazi, resulting in many attempts at anti-fascist films being shut down by the Hays Code. Just a fun historical Hollywood fact there

My first actions as President ...

We play this game in the Cake household called "what would your first actions be if you became President?" Here's my current list:

Make LED bright fucking headlights illegal

pass a law that the information on your credit card bill has to have the NAME OF THE STORE/WEBSITE you bought it from (not some weird name I have to spend hours figuring out came from Amazon or Walmart marketplace).

Pass a law that all software manufacturers have to make the personal PC/laptop/tablet the default SAVE -- if someone wants to save to the fucking onedrive/cloud they can click seventeen buttons to do it
