On top of all the other things going on in life, my little Belle has been so sick with bronchitis for the past 2 weeks that yesterday our Vets told us that we might need to make a decision. We had one last ditch effort to keep her around and IT WORKED!! She’s sleeping soundly and is finally seeing improvements. In February of 2019, I took a look in the mirror and saw someone I didn’t like. I was 240 lbs, I drank beer everyday, ate like crap, sat on my ass and made fun of everyone who worked out. “Fitness? How about fittiness burger in my mouth” yeah Hahaha fatty. My fitness journey started with a 30 day challenge, morphed into skipping rope 20 mins a day to free weights and cardio. If you are looking to improve your health and fitness but think you can’t do it. Try. If this dope smoking tv addict can get off his ass and make health a priority, anyone can! It might be a 20 min walk uphill, a jog, yoga, hiking, swimming, kayaking or cycling…find something for you and do it. Your body will thank you. Yikes!
