Die Trying by G.E Waldo Houses Head/Wilsons Heart. Pre-slash. Hurt. The aftermath. I didn't really cry with this one but I'm always here for HH&WH hurt fic. This is good.

Before and After by Tobia After leaving Mayfield, a sometimes psychotic House moves in with Wilson. Strong H/W friendship but no slash. One more what if the phychosis didn't go away with detox fic that i love

One of my favorite writers. My recommendation is to go to their page and read everything tbh. This one ia a good start.

Show me a Hero by channy82 House is involved in a car crash. While injured himself he bravely saves his assailant. 34 chapters of a fic that began in 2007 and was completed in 2022! U just gotta love that.

To Have, To Hold by GnomeIgnominious a 2024 fic! Lots of good things happening over at ao3 in 2024 house fandom. This little gem caught me off guard. Gen, focused on House (and Hector) but Wilson is there too. tw: animal death

But the drugs and the infarction keep getting House into trouble anyway. Wilson is trying his best (but his best may not be what's best for House).Or House gets himself a girlfriend. Life goes downhill from there. Don't usually care for OCs but I was gladly surprised by this one. Another gem on ao3. And with 26 chapters! Mind the tags
