We hear so much negative media about how are bodies should look, and how we should change them to look “better”. I don’t think there is a good or bad shape though. It’s hard to unlearn all the self-hate we’ve internalized over the years, but I hope you can try a little today. Your body is doing a good job and deserves love just the way it is. 🌵💕

Since moving, I haven’t ate much at all!,
First day, one coffee, two slices of toast and a couple vodka diet lemonade, and walked around 12,000 steps
Second day, two iced lattes and an egg mayo sandwich and a diet lemonade, I walked around 32,000 steps (wow)
I’m losing weight, not counting calories and walking a shit ton, sometimes I find counting calories is actually really difficult because I have a couole intolerances and because not all food places are registered on myfitnesspal! I think as well I see have (eg) 200cal left, I’ll eat it just cause - so it doesn’t always work for me, I think I’ll add up my cals at the end of the day from now on :)

Uhhhhh so who tf forgot to tell me about ZUCCHINI??
i looove pasta so much. but it's soooo high cal 😭 and i always end up feeling disgusting and gross afterward lol. so i recently started switching pasta out for zucchini and omfg it's a life saver!!!!!!
a cup of cooked pasta is 220cal, while...
a cup of zucchini noodles is only 19cal!!!

i added some marinara, canned tomatoes and italian parsley and this whole ass paper plate w/ the parmesan was only 129cal guys!!!!
it completely satisfied my pasta craving and i also don't feel bloated and guilty lol!!!
i just thought i'd share for any of those anas who have missed eating pasta also 💕
