EVANESCE. Things in life have been getting… Busy I guess, my apprenticeship has begun, meaning Monday to Friday I work 9am to 5:30pm (no including the journey there and back) The time I have has been getting rest, keeping on top of work and life in general. Roleplaying on Skype and spending some time on my PS4 to unwind.

So basically what I’m saying is… Is that I am considering archiving this blog. Maybe I’ll start anew, maybe I’ll go back to writing as Penny. I don’t know.

I want to say sorry to everyone who I’ve written with, for my inactivity and lack of sociability.

“Well, a Ring Out may annoy spectators, but I must say that is a swell plan!”  Pyrrha grinned and nodded, she just had to keep her semblance and its use to a minimum, despite Yang’s assurances that Penny was human, she was human in everything but body. If her attack hit her and damaged her internals, or caught the string of the swords...

“So... Shall I talk to Ozpin? Should I go through with it before the match?”

Yang put a hand on her shoulder, smiling,

“They could expect one maiden, but they sure as hell won’t see two coming. I’ll take care of Emerald, just focus on the fight.” A pause, before she let out a laugh, “Wouldn’t it be funny if you just–” she gasped, “If you just threw Penny out! Just force her to get a ring out! Then you won’t have to hurt her!”

In turn Pyrrha leaned back against the fiery blonde, sighing contently and just enjoying the close contact, despite their relationship not being like that. Yet That made her smile, ever since admitting her feelings to Jaune and then dying, she’d never thought of a relationship, or those type of feelings.

But this was a new life. She could do what she wanted now. So with a grin she asked. “Well... Whats the best drink to get tipsy?”

“Well duh, I mean if anything why wouldn’t we celebrate without some form of alcohol, I mean we won’t go overboard but we might as well have it that the two of us get at least a little bit tipsy”

Yang joked a little as she rubbed her hands across Pyrrha’s shoulders and leaned against the achilles in heels

“W-what do you mean?” Pyrrha stammered in confusion. True she had her fair share of bruises and such from the Grimm she and her team had thought, but nothing major, while Weiss... According to those who had surveyed the tower afterwards during a scouting mission had found nothing but the Heiress’s weapon, and her icicle tiara.  “Did someone say I had passed? Is that why I am getting such odd looks?”

“What are you—” She stopped short. The tower? That’s how she heard the redhead standing in front of her died. So why would she—–. 

“I could be asking you the same question.” If this was really Pyrrha? She was certain Jaune and the rest of team JNPR, not to mention Ruby, would be quite happy to see her.

“That.” She sighed, before shaking her head, was this guy actually serious? “Is absolutely insane.”

❝What? I treat my army with well. Everyone was willing to join when I asked them. Even my eight or 10 year old daughter wanted to fight.❞

“So... What? We celebrate with drink I assume?  Or booze? Or whatever the young kids call it  nowadays?” She chuckled and nervously rubbed her shoulder, getting some last pieces of hair off. Yang’s touch was welcome, and something she hadn’t felt or experienced for a long, long time.

Yang smiled brightly as eventually she began to take the scissors and slowly cut Pyrrha’s hair, making sure to get it above the shoulders. She really did look good with such a look but eventually the blonde began to put her arms around Pyrrha’s waist

“A New life for you begins now Pyrrha. We should probably celebrate this new revelation”

“Well... I am waiting for you to release my stomach.” Pyrrha grinned, now released she turned around before  grabbing Ruby’s hand and gently guiding her along to the buffet, offering two plates to her. “Come on Rubes... Help me pick?”

Ruby giggled at the dissatisfaction of Pyrrha’s stomach. Ruby playfully hugged Pyrrha around her waist and even playfully squeezed her a little bit before letting her go. “Then what are we waiting for?”

“True... I must play this carefully. Though in truth. The infusion of aura is already a reality, it was... Is. How they plan to give me the portion of Fall power which Amber still possesses.” She carefully relayed that information, before huffing in annoyance and taking a seat, the arena was now quite, all spectators having returned to their dorms. 

“I have a day to prepare, a day to figure this all out.”

She sighed again, no pressure Pyrr, no pressure whatsoever, just the potential downfall of Beacon and Vale on your shoulders.

“They know about my semblance? The fight with Mercury… Darn.” She shook her head and groaned, before growling, punching at the nearby pillar and feeling it shake. Anger coursed through her, a nearby drink dispenser shaking and groaning under the stress of her rampant polarity. However a shaky yet calming breath rippled through her. This was what they wanted, this was what was planned.

And she was going to rip that plan apart.

“Penny. If she is… What you say she is, she should’ve never been allowed to compete! I know they have to have our semblances down on records, they would’ve seen. The teachers, and Cinder.”

“O-oh, I thought it was Penelope. I’m sorry. B-but Ruby! Yes! Ruby, she’s my friend, yes…” She babbled and mumbled, not understanding what had caused her to become so nervous around the other. Instead she dedicated to smiling, trying to correct her earlier nervousness.

“A friend of my friend, is my friend, it is a pleasure to meet you.”

“Do not worry, Pyrrha, I am not offended by the small mistake.” Penny said, smiling widely and nodding. “I am so glad that we can be friends! I’m so excited to spend time with you. Ruby really has said so many kind things about you.”

Excited... To spend time with her?

She wasn’t unused to people, mostly fans claiming the exact same thing during meet up’s and such, however, nine times out of ten it was false. They wanted to spend time with the Pyrrha Niko’s. Not Pyrrha. They wanted the idol and name not the person.  But with Penny it felt so much more... Different. Instead relying on Ruby for information, that was nice. 

“Well. I am excited to spend some time with you too. I’m afraid I know very little about you apart from your... How do I say... Escapade at the docks. That was very brave of you.”
