tales of arise.  she was born in rena, but like between a scientist and a dahna resident… and was abandoned when the experiments didn’t prove fruitful. turns out she did have powers but she hides them because she’s viewed as a dahna.

final fantasy xv.  she was saved by shiva?? and was blessed by her??…. idk idk… we’re working with it.

the arcana.   she’s seen as a witch capable with her ice magic. tries to assist the countess when the town is threatened by the plague. only because it is in her best interest??

the last of us.  former assassin / mercenary… still kills people if they give her items or something ..  i don’t think she’d settle with any settlement…

uncharted.   obviously she’s looking for her family’s heirloom… and yeah… that’s all i have. but she’s still very very dangerous.

𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧.  ana is one of sanada yukimura’s braves. she is the brave of ice. ana is a foreigner in japan and many note that as the first thing when they meet her. ana came from a noble family in russia. her and her family were sailing overseas when the boat crashed. ana’s parents perished in that wreck, and ana nearly froze and starved to death. ana doesn’t remember how she escaped that predicament, she only remembers that she was met by a kind man who would become her master. he took her in and trained her in ninjitsu and helped her master her gift. he was aware of the gift growing inside her and aided her in unlocking it. years later he brought in a new disciple, saizo kirigakure and they trained side by side. after catching wind of something that linked her to her past, she left her master and saizo.

after failing to assassinate yukimura sanada, he would spare her and make her his brave. ana of course worked for him as a double agent. her true mission was to obtain a family heirloom that was possessed by hanzo hattori. she worked for him up until she found out that the heirloom was a fake and that he saw her as nothing but a tool. 

she was again spared by yukimura and allowed to stay as a brave, but she kept her distance, and rarely congregated with anyone. she felt guilty for betraying them, and didn’t want anyone to get close to her. she believes that yukimura enjoys seeing her suffer, so he continues to treat her kindly, knowing that’s her one true weakness, genuine kindness with no strings attached, kindness that she does not deserve.

𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧.  originally being from snezhnaya. ana had gave her allegiance to the fatui.  a family heirloom had been stolen by one of their members and used as blackmail to get her to comply. this heirloom was the only thing that linked her to her family name, and proof would allow her to rejoin her family, having been lost and kidnapped as a child. ana was used as an assassin, taking out prominent leaders in order to make the fatui’s job easier when they infiltrated. ana was not officially a member, just a tool for them to utilize when they deemed necessary. her recent mission in inazuma would lead her to attempt to assassinate the kamisato clan’s commissioner, having failed she was at risk of being executed. in the end it turned out, that everything that she believed to be true was a lie, and there was no place for her back at snezhnaya, her family had all died and her house held no honor, so what little of her family was in hiding. ana had accepted her fate and was willing to die because of her naivete and failure, but instead she was spared, and now serves the kamisato clan in the shuumatsuban.
