Drew this from memory while listening to the BLCD (around that part where he says "Yes! He called me out again today", at the bottom of the page I linked ^ up there). Almost got his hairdo correct :)) I like quoting random Kizudarake lines... to myself (or to Nur) because no one else would get it :(

I made the mistake of saving the resized jpeg on the psd file. This copy is what's left of my 2000px height 300dpi layered drawing because I exited right after I saved.

I made it a habit to save every now and then... and this is what it does to me ; ;

Lollipop (because that's a lollipop in his mouth)

Draw again piece of an OC (the story of which I cannot remember anymore). Original drawing was posted in June 2009.

He's an OC, but I don't remember the story in my head anymore. I think he's an artist... who doesn't have any money. I think the lollipop in his mouth is his dinner? * * *

Some comments on the draw again piece! I drew him without referencing from the original. I drew him based on what I remembered. The eyes and pose are a bit different. The original also didn't have his legs crossed, but I think I only drew the new one like that because I ran out of space ^^ He also seems to have gained some weight... despite being a financially-challenged artist... I forgot to draw his stubble :( I drew the new one on an A4 printing paper, took a photo of it, and inked + colored it on Photoshop. I just wanted to see him in color. * * * I finally (somewhat) get the human anatomy, thanks to art school :D I loved re-drawing this because I surprised even myself with how much I understand the anatomy now, unlike before where I guessed most of the time where joints are and how the body can twist and bend. I still guess now, but I can see when a pose is improbable. I also can't draw the feet properly yet... so socks. Lighting is... still a bit hard for me (despite practicing photography). Maybe because sometimes I want to color photo-realistically, but midway think that's too hard and I just want this drawing done and move on to the next one :< I'm still looking for that style I want to adopt, and I think it's a mix between superflat and some other watercolor-ish style.

This drawing probably summarizes all the stuff you'll see here. Or not. Sometimes I draw brooding, good-looking guys, too.
