So last month I bought the entire Lego Harry Potter collection for the switch, which led me to watching all the Harry Potter movies and now I wanna read the books again and on top of that I decided to draw myself in that universe for the shits and giggles and I gave myself an axolotl called Newt Salamander and I kind of feel weird bc I hate JKR but the art is too cute not to post it

Hey everyone happy new year!!!

So here’s the thing: this year I had plans to draw some holidays JLI art but I got super busy going after the holiday stuff IRL and when I finally finished it I got super sick YAY !!!! Here in Brazil is summer rn and every summer it’s super hot then it rains a lot and the temperature drops and that plus my weak ass imune system gave me a super strong cold and your girl wasn’t able to draw anything, also your girl wasn’t able to taste anything at Christmas dinner so you can imagine how fun the holidays were for me lol.

But anyways the good news is that I didn’t die and I have some pretty good JLI holidays art from 2022 (?) and we can all pretend I did them this year how about that ?

In conclusion: happy holidays everyone I hope 2025 isn’t shit and thanks for following me here on tumblr I’ll try to make more JLI content this year and most importantly I’ll try to strengthen my immune system bc this year a medieval infant was healthier than me.

I’ve been on a roll fixing some last year drawings of my favorite dc girlies and this is the last one I’ll fix and it’s Raven. I’ve never liked her pose and facial expression bc it doesn’t say anything about the character but with this new one I think I’ve captured her essence and he looks much younger too wich is great bc she’s a teen

I think every Fire fan should watch this video at least once, bc as Brazilian myself I see a lot of fans but especially DC themselves reproducing some pretty lazy and stupid Latina/Brazilian stereotypes. Such as the angry all the time for no reason Latina and the Latina that will flirt with everyone and anyone for no good reason.

This isn’t a read for anyone specific but I think that the media shaped the way people see Latinos and it’s not in a nice way so a little reflection goes a long way 💖

Also this is a pretty good video and it’s definitely worth watching anyways bc it tell us where the stereotypes come from and how harmful they can be.
