I'm Jeremy. Not just the town stoner, the weird emo kid, or Elena's kid brother. This past year has changed me a lot. Things have been rough ever since that car crash. And yeah, life sucks, but I'm dealing. I've learned to cope. My sister's the only family I have left. I don't know what I'd do without her. (Don't tell her I said that.) But I'll do whatever it takes to look out for her. I don't have everything completely figured out in my life right now. I don't know what the future holds for me. I don't know if I'll be able to keep my job, or if I'll even pass my junior year. It just seems like there's a lot bigger things to be focusing on. And whatever's in store for me, I want to be ready for it. I have to be prepared. What I do know is that my girlfriend, Lyla, makes me smile. She's been there for me lately, and she's never given up on me. She believes in me, and makes me want to be a better person for her. Someone that's good enough to be seen with her. We haven't been together for long, but I really plan on making this one last.
