You know I will babe. I thank goodness I live in New York in times like these. Then again, I say that - and I attend broadway shows all too rarely. However this? Simply cannot escape it or miss it, even if I tried. It's always been one of my favorite musicals and my friend played Sally in London last year and she killed it. So seeing it again on broadway but with you? Can't be anything short of a great success. Of course babe.. you should have all the confidence in the world. One doesn't get chosen to star in a broadway production for nothing. I can imagine. Must be an out of this world experience getting those standing ovations every night, right?

You're out there killing it in the fashion world. So all is forgiven there. You're just going to have to come and see it when you're not so busy. Thank you for your vote of confidence there. I really hope that people are enjoying what we're doing with the show. Honestly - I was nervous as hell about everything but now that we've done a couple of shows... I'm feeling so much better about it and I'm having the time of my life.

gigi: role reserve? interesting technique. gigi: i mean, i've tried it.. when she's screaming for nothing and you start screaming as well and they just look at you like? gigi: i can't complain though, and i'm not. khai is literally the sweetest girl and very gentle. gigi: but much like every kid, she has her moments. people don't believe it when i say it cause she's always an angel. and i'd agree.. 80% of the time at least. gigi: god yeah parenting huh? it's a ride. gigi: it is sad in a way yeah, but understandable too. can't imagine what it's like to not live on the same continent as your kid. — but it must make the time you do have together all the more precious no?

lou: i think they do sense it. it's like how animals can smell fear. lou: it's hard when they're trying to push your buttons, right? lou: just got to show you can hold on longer than them. they'll get tired eventually. or bored. lou: honestly, i'm not around him that much to see his tantrums. which is sad, i know. lou: but when he was being difficult in the past, i just acted like he did towards me. it's funny to see them get all confused at you throwing a tantrum.

gigi: i sure hope his staring is a better vibe than stalker vibe cause that shits creepy. gigi: nawe but that's so cute. of course, he's staring. he got his girl forever. god knows he should be staring. admiring that is. gigi: oh wow phillipines? that's so cool. how come you chose that as a location? are you kidding me? i would never turn down an invite to a wedding and never yours. — you're sweet and i know she'd adore being there. but it's also nice to have some fun without being on mom duty you know? gigi: i'm good, i'm good. just making my way through fashion month you know. but we're on the homestretch now with paris, which is always a good time. it's intense still, despite not walking as many shows. you do look forward to that being in one place for more than a few days. but it's all good fun.

No just cause I’ve not been around in the same time as you have and you make this effort and you’re just the kindest and I feel bad. I mean Gracie is the luckiest kid in the world with a sister like you, we know that. Of course she deserves to be spoiled. It’s what any good older sister does. I mean, my older sisters did that with me and Bella constantly when we were growing up, and I loved nothing more. Stop it, that's going to make me cry that you think of her that often, I can’t even deal. You’re the best ever and she’s so lucky to have her auntie Sel. I know I know.. but it’s still the guilt that comes creeping in every now and then, I just can’t help it. I try to balance and juggle it all and then some things just get a bit more left behind than I would like. I know all my friends don’t mind and you all understand.. it’s just my brain alright. Not you saying you’d fly out to see me like c’mon now, you’re going to make me emotional again. I swear I’m not pregnant okay. I’m back in New York currently so if you’re around, let’s make it happen.

Why on earth do you feel bad? Don't be silly, you know this is just how my mind works. It's why my sister Gracie has more clothes in her closet than I do... yeah, I should probably tone that down. My mom keep saying she's overwhelmed. Anyway, I adore Khai as much as I adore you, so it's just ingrained in me whenever I see something for her age group to just buy it. Oh my lanta, don't even worry. On top of being a busy, working woman, you're a mommy too. You've got a lot going on, so don't even sweat it. Timing is key, things work out for a reason. I have no plans of flying out, but I could be persuaded with your excellent company. I've been missing you, so this is a perfect excuse to spend time by your side.

That’s just the biggest evidence you have that they mirror you and that you’ve done a fantastic job in raising them. I always think that’s the biggest compliment you can get as a parent, that your child always has good intentions and cares for others — let’s you know you must have done something right, and especially the days when you feel like the worst parent in the world. Oh of course she does, the most spoiled. She just loved sharing her food. I don’t know where she got that from cause it’s not me. Even her birthday cake last week, she was just walking around sharing it with everyone. The things we’d do for our kids right? There is nothing that’s not worth it, if it means they’ll be smiling. I mean Paris is still the biggest one, but yeah. It’s long and intense. But the best two months of the year when each of them rolls around.

My kids have the most caring hearts, I swear. I'm forever grateful that they're always wanting to do things for others. That's so sweet of her - I hope she still gets a decent amount of cookie when she does that, cause those are the best snacks. I would eat all the burnt pancakes that they make if it means seeing them smile. My taste buds may hate me for it. So hopefully they'll forgive me one day. Fashion month? Sounds intense. For a second there I forgot other cities outside of New York did fashion weeks and wondered why it was going on for a whole month.

Oh you are? That's so exciting. Tell me everything please and I promise to not tell anyone else. Yeah I don't walk in as many shows as I used to, so not as busy. But of course it's still a big thing and the shows I do walk in are some of the big ones. I mean it's the best time of the year, so one can't complain. It's just intense. But I've stepped back a bit and focus on a lot of other things which is nice. Yeah no I wish I could — but like you said, Victoria's Secret.. that show is going to keep my occupied for most of the start of next month. However, I can't complain. It's so exciting to be part of this new era of it all and bring back this rejuvenated version of the show.

I kind of am. I keep getting these invites but sadly I have to decline most of them as I'm currently filming my next movie. Would be fun to see one of the shows. I'm sure it's even more crazy for you as you actually have to walk in the shows, right? That is way more exhausting then just sitting there watching. You should definitely sleep for days once this month is over. Wasn't there also going to be a new Victoria's Secret show this year?

How is it that Luna is six months already and Khai is turning four this week? I don't know about you, but I'm lowkey fucking freaking out about time. I've cried five times already this week. Like we had a little party for her this weekend as I've got work things coming up.. and I don't know how I'm supposed to be just fine with the fact that my baby isn't a baby anymore. Do you really think so? I mean, I definitely haven’t seen that many. But then again, it shouldn't surprise one. After watching so many funny cat videos on youtube, one should know they’re incredibly smart little creatures. As well as not always that smart. But they’re definitely not letting us in on everything they understand, I’m convinced. Yeah no, there needs to be some restraint on what they should know and what you want them to know. Thankfully I’d always have people who could help me. But I’ve still tried to make my daughter realize that now is not the best time for us to get a pet in the city. But she’s obsessed because my mom and her dad have lots of animals, so I get it. Oh yeah of course, if one person is almost always in the same place it does make a whole lot of difference. 

Pft. I bet there's tons of cats out there that can do high fives. But, how many of them know how to play fetch? You missed out. Although I wouldn't recommend it, because then it's all they do and it can start getting annoying after a while. With a pet it just all depends on how much time you'll be spending at home, if you have anyone that can look after it while you're away, or if you're able to take it with you. I wouldn't have a pet if it wasn't for my fiancé, who only really works in LA, so it's easy now.
