I had never seen WandaVision before my wife introduced it to me. For Wanda to be able to intertwine a coherent, stable TV signal in with the background radiation, she would need to know:

the exact timing necessary for a 60 Hz signal specifically, since her native Sokovia would have likely used a 50 Hz signal like the rest of Europe
