It’s a new month, it’s a new start.

This November I will:

Have a calorie intake limit of 300

Have a limit of 3 metab days

Burn at least 50 calories daily

Weigh myself once in the morning, and once at night

Not drink anything over 5 calories

Fast for 2 days per week

Not eat dessert on Thanksgiving

Eat small portions on Thanksgiving

Avoid giving in to cravings

Not binge
