I've been thinking

A lot of depictions and written works about Cas saving Dean from hell are real vague, or are real holy and about Dean's beautiful soul or whatever

Is there a fic that talks about how disgusted Cas would've been, flying down to hell along with the garrison and finding Michael's Vessel doing the most deplorable, torturous things to someone on the rack?

Like, no love at first sight. Cas sees his charge and is revolted by the terrible acts he's committing. The acts that broke the last seal. Torture and pain being committed by the hands of someone who's supposed to be the vessel of an archangel

You ever think about how, what if

What if Cas branded Dean as punishment

A small bit of rebellion. A small bit of reprimand that he could get away with

You ever think Cas, in his state of being under heaven's control, has thought about the holy punishment Dean would've received if he were an angel like him

anyway I decided my blog is for me and I can draw and post all the weird silly concepts of my dreams and nobody can stop me. I actually have a lot of potential comic ideas ping-ponging in my head for this AU — not a linear story or anything (beyond what's on this post), just some good fun and shenanigans.

adrien agreste/ chat noir hc:

as adrien, this dude never swears. his father deems it “improper use of any language”

but as chat noir? every. other. word. he puts in swear words where they shouldn’t be. i think his favorite would be fuck because it’s so versatile and you can add it to other words (motherfucker, fucknugget, abso-fucking-lutely, etc) i don’t think he uses bitch too much tho (either overheard or was in a conversation with alya and marinette about how bitch is offensive towards women.)

every time he does it, he gets a stern look from ladybug because “what if the children hear” and really has to watch himself when being broadcasted. but alone with an akumatized villain? cursing that fucker out.

i’ve started miraculous ladybug redesigns

for marionette i really wanted to highlight the cutesy homemade designs, embroidered pants, knit cardigan, beaded jewelry. i kept to the idea that she’s always running late to school, bandaid on the knee and clumsily tied tie for her uniform.

i don’t like that her original ladybug look is just spotted and skin tight so i added some armor-like pieces, vaguely similar to ladybug elytra, and switched up the dot pattern so it wasn’t just all over. i wanted to keep the pigtails, i think they’re iconic.

i didn’t really change her character too much, i really like marinette. i like that she’s clumsy and goofy as mari but confident and strong as lb and i think her designs should reflect that. if anything i’d change the intensity of her stalking tendencies because it is so uncomfy in the first season

i’m going to continue with these until i get bored or run out of ideas.

i have a couple of aspects of the show i take issue with and will be addressing them as they come up.

overall, the first is their age. marionette is too young to be saving paris on a daily basis. in my au (or whatever this is) they’re 18-19 and either in their last year of high school or going to a university. either way they’ll all have a school uniform (because i like designing them and for literally no other reason).

their miraculous forms i want slightly more consistency with across all holders. i want them to be skin tight except for one article of clothing, could be a jacket, a skirt, shorts, etc. for marionette it’s her armor. i also want them all to have a portion of their hair dyed. a few of the original designs do but i want it to carry over for the rest. their masks will also have colored lenses, like chat noir’s because i think that they obfuscate identities.

you might also notice that in marionettes the hair colors don’t match between mari and lb. i decided on separate color palettes, with the miraculous one being brighter/ more saturated. i like the idea of the miraculous being more otherworldly and i think introducing bright colors to a slightly muted world sets them apart visually. like imagine bringing a neon shirt to the medieval ages, people would be losing their minds.

i think that’s it for major world things… maybe i’ll think of more for adrien’s.

Okay I JUST realized I never posted these on here—- BUT BASICALLY, about a year and a half ago I started doing these experimental black hairstyle posts that were threads long on Twitter, to give artists a source of inspo for their black ocs whose hair they wanted to try something new with! There’s more to black hair than just the selected styles portrayed in media, and I thought it would be fun to show people how much texture, shape, fades, length, and style can be combined when drawing black hair—-cause it’s a kind of manipulation our hair can do irl!
