Sometimes your artistic improvement is not only what your hands can do but also what your eye and mind can understand.
Few years ago I was looking at some works of my favourite artists and couldnt even comprehend how they are made. Colors, lightning, workflow - everything seemed so advance my mind was shutting off, just admiring the view but not understanding it.
Now - even if I’m not able to reach their skill or it would take me days - I can analyze and deconstruct all those “impossible” works. I can understand how they use light or color to achieve certain effects and file it for later use.
Remember that your eyes and brain develop as well as your hand, sometimes at different speed. Looking and thinking about art has the same value as actually doing it. Have an artblock? Take some time to browse through your favourite works and instead of thinking how much you can’t do the same, try to understand how it’s done!

5K followers! Yay! thanks guys. this is the first sleepwalking update, I was falling asleep while making thizzzzzz z z z zz. uh, ok so yeah, Thank you.
Who remembers this pair of lovable sweethearts, Dragon Slayer Ornstein & Executioner Smough, awww what a nice boss battle it was for all of us Souls players, the anger, the Fuck you screams, good times you guys.
So these fellas are featured in Dark souls 3 as armor sets, yay! so if you want to look like an asshole go ahead and wear it, but you better play the part on PVP.
Process
I just wanted to do one armor, the dragon slayer but it felt incomplete without the Smaugh! so after many tries of just making him a background shape I had to draw the thing, change the composition and z z z z z z z what! yeah I did some shit on it or something.
This is a good stoping point for me, I’ll be traveling so the updates will take another dive in quality if I ever post something. Guys get out and be with friends. sometimes they are more important than Dark souls … . not all of them, just don’t mention it … .zz z z z z z z -Gabhjko … .

I know I've been making a lot of written posts, unlike me, but oh well. I had a sudden burst of energy tonight, not sure what triggered it. I finished a book and watched Ip Man with my roomies and a friend. I actually did a set during my treatment and I just feel invigorated... Like nothing can stop me as long as I'm in control. And I'll always have control. I say what I do and I control my destiny.

More JoJo
I've hit part 4, and while I'm okay with Stands now, I really don't like Iggy. He seems to be a beloved character to some so I'll give him time but right off the bat he's, in Polnareff's words, a shitty little mutt. All he does is eat gum and fart. -_- Jojo did not need fart "jokes". Really glad the five are together again though, and Jotaro is growing on me. I do feel Stardust has A LOT of filler but it's fun so whatevs. And I haven't read the manga so I don't know how true everyone is to the original. I do still miss Hamon, and still think it was a more solid magic system. But Joseph still uses it sometimes so that makes me happy. Also I really want a heroine character but it seems Lisa Lisa was the only one so far. I know some future Jojo's are female so that's cool. 👍👍

So like... Has no one watched the first season of JoJo? All I see is stardust crusaders anytime I look it up, and sometimes stuff from part 1 of season 1, but what about part 2? Joseph is best JoJo so far and the pillar men were interesting villains. Idk so far Stardust just isn't grasping me like part 2 did, Jotaro is such a dull character and I really miss the Hamon Magic system. The Stands are kind of cool but I want hand to hand combat like in season 1. All the unique ways to use Hamon was actually interesting and had an origin, whereas the Stands are all caused by DIO, it just doesn't seem as compelling. Also plot hole that DIO survived in his coffin? At the end of part 1 Erina survived the exploding ship and safely drifted ashore in that coffin. Unless they spin it around somehow and take back something it doesn't seem like vital info. They just goofed.

Role models
I know they say you should be your own role model, and I think with time that's true. As we grow and find ourselves I think role models are important. I look up to my mom, my grandmother, and certain aspects of different people in my life. I dream of being as successful in my career as artists I admire such as Soey Milk or following my passion like Kyary. But one person has helped me a lot when I find myself being judgmental, paranoid, or just exhibiting any undesired attitudes, and that's Liegh Daniel Avidan. It may seem weird that someone who doesn't know I exist influences me in such a way, but just hearing him talk about love and life and making the most of our tiny lives makes me feel so much better about everything. It's just about being a good person.
