I've got a wheelchair from a thrift store, but it hasn't got a footrest. I've seen DIY footsling, but it's not an option for me because of joints hypermobility. I don't know what to do and I'm tired of being trapped at home 😔

Okay, I'll write my first post. Sorry, English isn't my first language.

It's about disability and me trying to accept it. I have multiple disabilities but my hardest now are EDS and POTS. I live in a country where almost no one knows about my illnesses.

I've got isolated from the world. I can't work, but I'm not disabled enough for my country.

I have a great partner but I feel so lonely 🥺
