I didn’t realize I’ve been waiting for someone to point this out. There are so many versatile dishes you can make with rice. I’ve been craving basmati rice and curry ever since I first tried it. You can make rice wine! Rice pudding! It’s so yummy and good for you, it makes me want to hoard large, non-labeled bags of it like a peculiar dragon!
