Yeah, so full disclosure: This started as a fanfic designed to explore a couple’s budding sexual relationship (because, yes, I am a pervert and I have no shame) – especially in a situation like theirs, where neither has a particular idea of how any of this shit is supposed to go.

Aramaki, however, is too much of a damaged cinnamon roll to be contained, and it dawned on me as I wrote this that he might become overwhelmed by simple intimate (not necessarily sexual) touch. I’ve also always thought that Ayu would be 100% into making sure there’s consent.

And so, this fic was born.

Aruani fluff to get me through my biology work?!?

Ahhhh noooo you must get through biology work!

So let's think of:

Aruani nose-kisses but sometimes they end up being cute little nose-bites!

Annie kissing Armin too hard he runs out of oxygen so he has to pat at her shoulder so she lets up, and he laughs breathlessly.

Armin badgering Annie to feed him little bites of food because he wants to "do romantic things" and then having fun pretending to eat her fingers.

Aruani sofa cuddling. She's cornered in the corner because that's the best way to sofa! Her legs on his lap. Him tickling the undersides of her feet because he's a playful menace and then Annie threatening to kick him if he doesn't stop!

Annie c o o k i n g and Armin being so fucking in love he just glomps to her back and doesn't let go, therefore being a menace again because now she can't do anything properly.

Just... Annie playing with Armin's hair.

Armin buying his clothes thinking if they'll look good on Annie, more than himself.

Annie owning everything Armin has. From his razor blade to his boxers to his tie. IT'S ALL HERS, AND RIGHTFULLY SO!

Aruani cloud-watching!

Annie blowing raspberries into Armin's scalp. He laughs so loud.

Armin singing for Annie and being a public embarrassment because he's... just a loser boy in love.

Aruani cafe dates and Annie getting frothy moustaches!

Annie likes to pretend she's going to whisper a secret into Armin's ear and then ends up blowing air full force until he's pushing her away, laughing.

Basically Armin just laughs a LOT, teeth and gums and all. And Annie loves it.

He makes her laugh too because his jokes SUCK and her sense of humour is pathetic (thank Connie for both these)

Armin taking all of Annie's problems very seriously and finding solutions to them! He has blueprints and reports and pie-charts! It's very cute.

Annie looking at Armin's problems... and going "this can be fixed with either sleep, some love or a murder" and dealing with it accordingly before calling it a day and going to sleep.

so i have this headcanon for annie that she went through puberty early, hence why she's short and more matured (i have an irl with the same experience)

armin, on the other hand, is a late bloomer BUT his parents are shorter than average so armin is short :3
